Only open on weekends when at bi-weekly markets; every second Saturday of the month in Rotterdam, and every last Sunday of the month in Amsterdam.

Delicious seitan 🌱 - Edit
I’ve seen their food truck at several markets now and always had their amazing seitan sate sticks with peanut sauce 🥜 The seitan has a great texture and is well flavored. I finally also bought some of their frozen seitan and made it at home, it’s just as good!
