The vegan pho is advertised as spicy and for me it was not edible. SOOOOOOO Spicy. Maybe it’s good if you dial it down? IDK

Great Veggie pho - Edit
Had a huge steamy bowl of the vegan pho and it was excellent. Not really a traditional pho broth with the cinnamon/star anise notes, but a delightfully spicy combination. Vegetables included broccoli, celery, carrots, along with the traditional onion and shallots. Ample slices of tofu are also included.

Their vegan pho is superb (on the spicy side) but their menu labels the veg egg rolls as vegan, while Uber eats lists the sauce it comes with as fish sauce. use soy or hoisin instead.

Friendly Family Run Restaurant - Edit
A lovely family who are eager to accommodate vegan customers. We tried the Bun (V5) the Banh Mi (B4) and the Vegetarian Spring Rolls (A3) but you must let them know you would like it vegan. Everything was delicious and served quickly. Cute little place.

Very tasty, but the broth had red pepper flakes which made it a bit more spicy than what I'm used to. Could have used more tofu.
