Found meat hidden in my food multiple times! - Edit

My issue with this business is regarding recurrent cross contamination within the kitchen (read other reviews, Facebook and google), poor customer service, and lack of accountability. I ordered a vegan dish, vegan cauliflower gnocchi, informed the woman taking my order that I have a dairy and seafood allergy, and I am vegan and do not eat meat. I also informed her that last time I ordered here, a piece of meat accidentally made its way into my dish, and I wasn't able to eat it. I did not ask for a refund at the time. When it happened again this time, I called and spoke to the manager. The manager feigned concern, then proceeded to tell me I was not eligible for a refund, with push back he asked me to drive back to the restaurant to show him the mistake. He wanted to see if it was a "substantial" piece of meat. This restaurant can not be trusted by patrons with food allergies! I was entitled to a refund.

Quite a few good options! - Edit
Went for the first time this week and were surprised by the options they had! I had the vegan burger with was great. Will be back to try the other options.
