Limited but thoughtful - Edit

I had the pizza, which came on a housemade crust topped with marinara, vegan pesto, roasted tomatoes, and arugula and finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes. It was delicious and of much higher quality than you might expect from a brewery. The appetizer section featured a Brussels sprouts dish marked vegan that sounded really tasty. Their burger section specifies that vegans/vegetarians can sub in a Beyond patty for an up charge, but the additional modifications you would have to make to make the various burger choices vegan seem extensive (e.g. holding a bunch of non vegan toppings and sauces until you’re just left with lettuce and a dry bun). If they have the Beyond patty, it would make a lot more sense to just list a vegan burger option, even if it’s a basic one. I would also check to make sure the potato buns the burgers come on are vegan. That is not clear from the menu.

Sprouts are good - Edit

If going here for a trivia night or just to get some beers they have a few items that a vegan. The sprouts esp. are tasty, did not find their pizza worth getting as marinara. They have a veggie burger but I’m unsure if the buns are vegan.
