Go hungry - be prepared to graze! - Edit
This 100% vegan pop-up market is held every second Saturday in the north Collinwood neighborhood of the Waterloo arts district. We went in late November, when it offered a pared– down version of its offerings, and there was still plenty to choose from. Vendors told us that in the summertime, the number of vendors, most likely, would be doubled and would be located in the parking lot instead of inside.
Read moreWe had so much fun. We came ready to eat lunch. We came ready to eat lunch. We ate the following: an egg and sausage and cheese, poptart; Chilaquiles, and artichoke ravioli; and a lot of samples.
We purchased three different types of seitan-based jerky and three different types of chocolate bars. Afterword we strolled around the neighborhood, enjoying the shops in the area and stopping in at a coffee shop nearby. We plan to return again.
