Our go-to in Denver. - Edit
My kids and I ate here frequently while visiting family in Denver. The milkshakes are fantastic! Some of our faves include: nachos, buffalo cauliflower, mushroom and asparagus risotto, coconut curry, Caesar wrap, chik n waffles.

Spinach dip and mac and cheese! Two things that I don't get to have a lot. They also had some nice beers as well. If I'm ever in Denver again I would stop in.

Great food, casual atmosphere/now 100% vegan - Edit
I found the selection of vegan choices here really great. The food was served quickly and was really good. I had dinner here one night and came back for breakfast the next day. The servers were all nice and were willing to answer questions. Obviously I would come here again since I already did!

Mushy seitan, soggy fries - Edit
Not a pleasant dining experience. The waitress forgot my daughter's drink. My order came without a side of fries, which I was told would come soon. Ten minutes later, I asked our waitress, who said she forgot about them. When the fries arrived, they weren't crisp, but were greasy and soggy. Whoever was manning the fryer was having a bad day, because the cauliflower wings also weren't crisp, like I have had before in other restaurants. My wife and I both got upset stomachs from the food. City o' City is a far superior vegan dining option in Denver.

Delicious - Edit
We had two sandwiches, a side of Mac 'n cheese and a side of sweet potato fries. The Mac 'n cheese I didn't care for much, just didn't like the taste, but the rest was just delicious. We will go back. Price was fair.

Must visit in Denver - Edit
This is a fantastic restaurant in Denver - now all vegan! - The breakfasts are really good. The tofu bacon, scrambles, "Big Rig" breakfast and breakfast burritos are phenomenal and the sandwiches and salads are yummy. The vegan ding-dong (chocolate stuffed cupcake) is delicious but bring 3 or 4 friends to help you eat it or you'll go into a sugar coma.
Read moreThe only downside to Watercourse on our last visit were the biscuits and gravy. At their sister restaurant (City o' City) the vegan biscuits and gravy are to-die-for but here the biscuits were tiny, hard, tasteless and the "gravy" was sweet and oily instead of fantastic. They were overpriced and gross.
Everything else here is awesome!
Pros: All vegan, delicious breakfast and brunch
Cons: awful biscuits and gravy

Absolutely Amazing - Edit
Every single thing here is phenomenal. A completely vegan restaurant that makes it's own cheeses, converts their fry oil into bio-diesel fuel and has a fantastic menu. This place is heaven and is a MUST. Can't say enough good things about it.

Great vegan food and good portions - Edit
We came here for lunch and had a great meal. We had the creole crabcake which was very good - deciding if it might be my favorite ever. I had the tomato curry soup which was delicious and The Atlas sandwich which was very good. We also had a fried seitan that came with a biscuit that we really liked.

Dream Food Worthy - Edit
We went three times in one week, if that tells you anything. I seriously can't wait for my meat eater family to visit so that I can blow their minds with the food here. I'm almost tempted to go in after writing this, its seriously that good. The Southern Plate, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, Orange Teriyaki Bowl, Caeser Salad, and the Breakfast sandwich are just some of our favorites. The adult drink selections are pretty great as well, my literal only negative aspect is the one time we did bring a friend, he ordered a beer and a different waiter brought it to the table next to us and of course that table had not ordered it and they were confused, so we informed the waiter it was our friends, but the man at the table said "well i'll take it anyway" and the waiter gave it to him and walked away, thus making my friend wait even longer for his actual beer, our waiter did apologize for the mix up though. OTHERWISE I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place

Must Eat Here! - Edit
By far one of my most favorite restaurants in the world. I travel often and when I'm in town I eat here almost every day. There's not much I haven't had here. Everything I've tried is delicious.
Read moreMy favorites would be the gluten free waffles, the BBQ cauliflower bites, and their coffee drinks.
Again, you can't go wrong with any choice.
Not only is the food top notch but the ambiance is very inviting and I have often spent hours here with friends.

Must Visit in Denver - Edit
I have been going to Watercourse for years now whenever I am in or passing through Denver. I love it. They have a large, 100% vegan menu, with great options that change semi-regularly. The space is large, and the service has always been good.
Read moreThey have a great selection of sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and entrees. They even have shakes. They didn't have it this last time, but my husband had a vegan steak dinner here once a few years ago that he still talks about. I typically get a sandwich of some sort with a side of their yummy mashed potatoes and gravy.
They also offer a great brunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.
Pros: Large, all vegan menu, Great selection of sandwiches, Vegan shakes!
Cons: There is often a wait, particularly at brunch

"Wowed" my non-vegetarian friend - Edit
In Denver visiting my college friend (not vegetarian), and she suggested going. Britany, our gracious server, answered all of her questions about what was what. I am not one for foods that imitate meat, so it was between the "Macro Plate" and the "Street Taco Platter". We settled on both and shared. I preferred the "Macro". Tofu was superb! The sauces with the taco plate were tasty, but glad I got them on the side (seemed high fat). My non-vegetarian friend was pleasantly surprised and stated she will be back.

Loved everything I ate but really slow service - Edit
I rarely get to eat at restaurants where I can eat everything on the menu so when I a place like Watercourse, I'm giddy! I'm sure you could find lower calorie items on the menu but everything I got was on the high end and also seemed high in sodium. Since I don't get to eat like that often, I splurged.
Read moreThe down side was the slow service. We arrived not long after opening so the restaurant was only half full but it still took them 15 min to seat us. The time between the waiter's visits to our table was lengthy so it took forever to get anything we asked for. They looked under staffed and as the restaurant proceeded to reach capacity it only got worse. I hope they hire more staff!
Pros: All vegan, Tasty
Cons: Slow service

Where did you find the calories. I have been looking to see if I could see what they are before I order.
