Not a great experience - Edit
Found Wasabi after a long road trip. The server was not very knowledgeable on vegan options, nor was the menu vegan friendly, imho. There were a few options, but the food was mediocre. None of the staff appeared happy to be there. Would not likely go back. Note that I don't write this to down the restaurant, but to help other users avoid disappointment.

Decent Japanese food - Edit
We enjoyed the Tofu Teriyaki and a few veg sushi rolls, the sweet potato roll was particularly good. The server understood “vegan “ and was able to point out vegan options to me.
