Waldo Pizza is really bad about not cooking their pizzas all the way through. The crust here is so undercooked that it is white and dough. I really wanted to like this place, but their quality is very inconsistent in their pies.

They have so many vegan options here, and I was thrilled to see Follow Your Heart cheese on the menu as I can’t stand the texture of Daiya! I got the vegan veggie pizza with broccoli and corn instead of mushrooms and olives. The vegan breadsticks were awesome too. I can’t wait to come back and try one of the vegan meat toppings.

I absolutely LOVE Waldo Pizza! They have a dedicated Vegan menu (and are GF friendly as well). I have converted many non-veg friends to their Vegan Garlic Cheesy Bread - better than the original/regular version, I've heard it been said!
Read moreThey deliver to a surprisingly large radius, and ordering takeout is also a pretty smooth experience, they have a few parking spots in front of their place reserved for carryout. Bonus points for it being so easy to order online (love not having to talk to someone).

I started coming to Waldo Pizza about 15 years ago specifically for the vegan options and I have yet to be disappointed! The vegan menu is fantastic and the food is always top notch. We usually get an extra pizza to go since we don’t live in town so we can have more later!

They are good to their vegan customers - lots of options for their pizzas, they experiment with vegan parmesans, and they bring out some vegan mints. My partner loves the trivia cards at the table. I love being able to choose which vegan cheese I want, as well as having vegan meat options.

If you ask for the vegan menu, its a full menu front and back of vegan options, plus they do have a salad bar if you don’t want just their very delicious pizza and cheezy bread. Reasonable price for the BYO vegan pizza with good mock meats and cheeses.

Since I’ve gone vegan, pizza has been the hardest food to replace. If you are the same way, look no further! I don’t know how they make Daiya cheese so good but they do. Vegan crusts, cheeses, and toppings (including vegan “Parmesan”). They are even trying out a vegan ranch. Go here!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my first Waldo Pizza experience. They have a separate vegan menu with lots of toppings and options, and they serve their vegan pizzas with Follow Your Heart mozzarella which has become my favorite vegan mozz since! Our server was great too, when our pizza came back burnt on one side, he knocked a few dollars off of our bill, totally unprompted.

'Can not rave more about this pizza! It's hard to find good, quality vegan food (at a non-vegan restaurant) --especially in the Midwest; and this place has it all. Complete with a great range of vegan crusts, cheese, and meats, you can customize your perfect pizza. Ask for the vegan menu. I highly recommend the vegan cheesy bread!

In addition to daiya, as the description says, they also have Follow Your Heart mozzarella, which I prefer. Always great service, but if you don't call ahead, you'll be waiting a while because Waldo Pizza is very, very popular.

This is by far the best vegan pizza I've had! You must try the cheesy garlic bread. Ask for the vegan menu ! Never thought I could get pizza delivery again, luckily I was wrong. I love taking my omni friends and family and letting them taste my vegan versions: they are always pleasantly surprised! It's hard to share with them because it's so good, haha. Taco pizza aka Tex Mex pizza is also a favorite of mine.

I've been using Waldo Pizza as my go-to for outings with omnivores for a while now. They offer both daiya and follow your heart cheeses and prepare them excellently- better than I've ever been able to make at home! The waitstaff is always really nice and the restaurant is in a cute part of town. I always order more than I can eat so that I'll have leftovers!
