Good takeaway option - Edit
We were looking for something quite light and healthy for dinner as we'd had way too many chips this weekend. I've never tried Wahaca before so decided to go for it when I saw they had some interesting greenery included. We went for the avocado salad, greens, sweet potato, black bean quesadilla and vegan chicken tacos with the three dips to share between two. It was a good way to taste a few of their dishes while still keeping it light - managed to restrain myself and not get the churros! Everything arrived well packaged and prepared. The yellow dip was way too spicy for me but everything else was delicious.

Separate vegan menu and had the options to go for a “set vegan menu” for 2. Amazing tacos, loved the plantain one. Will come back!

Really nice Mexican good - Edit
The waiter asked if there are any dietary requirements and brought me the vegan menu. I had the mushroom quesadilla and meatless farm chicken and avocado tacos. Both of them were amazing! I would definitely come back again to try more! The staff were so friendly which made the experience even better.

Delicious is an understatement - Edit
They do absolutely amazing vegan food! Their guacamole is excellent and for those trying to be more sustainable, they do an alternative guacamole (also excellent) that is not made of avacados. For anybody not vegan, my family strongly recommend the black bean and 3 cheese quesadillas.

Eco friendly - Edit
I had the vegan nachos as a starter and the sweet potato burrito as a main. Both were good and the waitress was very friendly.

Excellent - Edit
Wahaca is a chain of Mexican-style restaurants and they have a separate vegan menu. In fact the first question you get asked is “what are your dietary requirements?”. Everything was fresh, tasty and well made. The information on the menu very complete so no surprises in terms of ingredients. Even though it’s large with many tables, the restaurant has a convivial atmosphere and good music which is not too loud so you can speak to your friends. Completely reasonable prices. I would give it 5 stars if it were possible.

Good - Edit
I loved the home-made guacamole. I took the sweet potato burrito, which was way too much. I somehow just didn’t feel thrilled about the taste of the burrito and still can’t pin it down. But all in all a good Mexican restaurant.

Great vibe. Dedicated vegan menu. Crispy sweet potatoes with smokey caramelised mojo de ajo are seriously yummy. Good choice if in a group with non vegans

Lucky find - Edit
Separate vegan menu with enough to choose from. Tried plantain tacos and cactus and courgette ones, both were delicious. Also shared the nachos which were really tasty. Went with another family and kids ate free at the time of our visit which we didn't realise initially so that was a bonus!
