Service not great - Edit
It’s great that Wagamama have a vegan menu. I can’t fault the food I eventually received, it tasted great. However, the service was poor. I was on my own, wanting a quick feed as I was in between conferences at the National Gallery down the road. It took a long time before someone came to take my order, and then a long time for my food to come. The restaurant had about 10 people in it, so it wasn’t busy. I’ve had a brilliant experience in other Wagamama restaurants; I feel that this one let the side down. I got the feeling they were more interested in fulfilling takeaway orders than serving customers.

Cons: Customer service is lacking , Desert options are poor, Expensive for what it is.

Standard Wagamama - Edit
As always, Wagamama did well with the vegan options (separate menu and anything available to customise), but service was quite slow.

Average - Edit
We ended up here after the place we wanted to eat was unexpectedly closed. We’ve not had the best experiences in Wagamama before but thought we’d give it a chance.
Read moreThe staff were generally disinterested. They did their jobs but we had to wait for each of them to actually help us, and we mostly felt more like an imposition than welcome customers. The tofu on my partner’s meal was cold in the middle - we would have complained but gave up trying to get attention from the staff. The gyoza were fairly bland too. My soba noodle dish was ok, but nothing special.
This is an ok place if you want ok food or service, but nothing special.
Cons: Staff seemed disinterested, Food was bland and cold

A lot of vegetarian options - Edit
What I ordered was vey good! I am a japanese and Japan inspired food lover that usually is not so veg friendly, so I was very pleased to have a lot of options. Maybe a bit pricey and the and a they made me wait a bit too long in my opnion.

Good for vegetarians and vegans - Edit
The restaurants have a separate menu with both vegetarian and vegan dishes. Very good and tasty food with a lot of flavours! The drinks were served with a paper straws but the take away boxes are in plastic.
