Vegan? Maybe. - Edit
I was surprised to find anything vegan on a menu in this little town. The vegan waffle is an option as well as plant based sausage patties. Unfortunately that is all that is marked on the menu. None of the toppings or mix-ins or other items were marked and the server had no idea.
Read moreThe waffle itself (blueberries mixed in, walnuts, strawberries, and bananas on top) was tasty and the plant based sausage was good.
It was expensive AF at $30.42 for OJ, a waffle, and sausage for one person.
Sitting here writing this, my stomach is grumbling a bit which usually happens when I get dairy cross contamination. When I combine that with the poorly marked menu and the lack of knowledge from the server, I would say don't come here if you expect strict vegan compliance.
Pros: Vegan waffles in a small town, Tasty
Cons: Very epensive, Menu isn't well marked , Server didn't know what vegan means

Yummy waffles! - Edit
I love that there's a place I can go for breakfast when I'm visiting my sister. They can leave the dairy powder of of the potatoes to make them vegan. I love that this location has mimosas too , Wexford does not.

Easy to order - Edit
The vegan waffle is actually pretty big! Topping can get expensive if you go all out, but the atmosphere is safe and clean. Decently priced and very filling! Parking is street parking so its unpredictable when you can get a spot. I mentioned I was vegan and they didn't put any ranch powder on the home fries. Plant based sausage was labeled as vegetarian but didn't give me an issues.

But I mean... waffles are delicious. - Edit
To substitute a vegan waffle is $3 and change, but they only have one (maybe?) waffle entree that is vegan so you are better off creating your own masterpiece, which they encourage. They have a fair amount of toppings which they can can mix in the batter or add on top. They also serve Bloody Marys and Mimosas now which were great!!
