Great sushi spot - Edit
Never thought I'd be eating sushi in Galway, but sushi cow to the rescue when we needed food stat! The menu is now clearly marked for vegan items. The "vegan sushi roll" is turnip. Don buri came with rice, edamame, Pan fried breaded tofu and sauce. Nice miso soup too.
Read moreI did takeout and everything was ready quickly (though all the vegan items are pretty simple) in about 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is super cute, wood bar and a few tables.

Got a lovely takeaway from here, the vegan sushi box was super tasty, tofu don buri was really good and we had a yummy cozy veggie miso soup too.

Would love more options such as avocado roll or another veg roll. So easily done too. Great to have a sushi option though. As far as sushi goes I think it's average here too. Delivery takes longer than I think it should too tbh.
