Splendid Chk'n Sandwiches & Fries - Edit
We ordered the BBQ Chk'n Sandwich & Mango Habanero Chik'n Sandwich. Both were tasty and crispy! Fries were awesome! I'm always happy to support vegan restaurants and even more happy when the food is satisfying. The staff was also super welcoming and friendly.
Read moreI am marking this down by 1 star due to cleanliness. The dining area and kitchen appeared clean. However, I encountered a few dead cockroaches laying stomach up in plain sight in the hallway back to the restroom and in the restroom. I know pests can be inevitable, but the restaurant could do a better job in keeping the areas cleaner more often. The cockroaches appeared to have been dead for a while and the restaurant had been open for a few hours at this point, do I was surprised they were not attended to. The unfortunate sight negatively impacted my appetite and I could not enjoy my meal as much as I otherwise could have.

Visiting Lancaster was glad to find Vuture. Although they have other food, we wanted the 'Mexican. Went back 3 times in a two week visit. We liked the Lupas best

I’m so glad that there is finally a 100% vegan place here in the AV. They have gluten-free options too. I found the staff friendly and attentive when I had questions.

My husband and I were driving through and had lunch here. I had the chicken ranch sandwich with coleslaw. My husband had the western bacon burger with fries. It was absolutely delicious! It took awhile for the food to be prepared- I assume because it was made to order. It was worth the wait. It was pretty empty- probably because it was after the lunch hour. They do offer outdoor seating but you would need to bring the chairs out yourself.

AV's first all vegan restaurant - Edit
I highly recommend the Vuture fries (vegan version of in and out animal fries), the chicken strips platter, the Hawaiian Macaroni salad, and the crispy chicken sandwiches. It's a little pricey but the food is worth it. Plus I love not having to worry about if my food has been contaminated by meat or dairy.

Woohoo, first vegan restaurant in AV! - Edit
Long time coming! The first fully vegan restaurant in AV. I am so happy they are here! I tried their mango habanero chick’n sandwich which was SO good and indulgent. Saucy and sloppy in the best way! With a nice kick. Can’t wait to come back and try their loaded fries next. Service was great! Family owned business. I highly recommend. Welcome, Vuture!

This is the only totally vegan restaurant in the Antelope Valley. The menu is varied and the food is tasty. Unfortunately, we are whole food plant based with no added oil, salt, or sugar. So for our tastes, the food was greasy and salty. I had the taco plate with three different types of ‘meat’. They were the tiny street tacos. My husband had the mango habanero chickn burger. It was fabulous!! If we ate this way, we would return just for the burger. Since it was our anniversary, we were given a complimentary slice of chocolate cake. Wow!!! It was marvelous.

I love the mod sticks and all the fried chicken sandwiches. I think the hot Mango sauce is the best. If you are not a local to this area, follow their social media accounts to view their pop-up-stand locations (they are all over the US).

Tried Vuture Food for the first time at their pop-up here at the Vegan Fall Market in Dayton, Ohio and OMGGG you guys. It was SO GOOD!! The Mango Habanero Chickn sandwich came recommended as a ‘do not miss’ item and it was gooood. Hotttt but good!! (I mean a solid amount of heat, I had a slight runny nose and everything after eating it🤣) That sandwich and its crispy breaded seitan chick’n patty was for sure the highlight of our meal. The Buffalo Chickn fries were also pretty good. All their sauces are full of flavor and they’re not shy about it!!! 👏🏼
