Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant which is entirely run and managed by deaf people. Has several vegan dishes on the menu and a daily vegan/vegetarian option. Open Mon-Thu 6:30am-1:00am, Fri 6:30am-2:00am, Sat 6:00pm-2:00am. Kitchen closes 10 pm.

A wonderful expérience

It is such a wonderful experience to be welcome to this special place that is entirely run and managed by deaf people and all the waiters are deaf, too. The waiters can read your lips and smiling and gestures go a long way too, so really had all we needed.
We went for Saint Valentine's day with my daughter who is not vegan and had a 4 course vegan dinner, every dish was delicious!
Appetizer was a mousse of cashews and avocado, hors d'oeuvre Thai coconut soup with citronella, main dish risotto with champagne, cream of beans with vegan cheese and glazed carrots, and dessert was a tartare of exotic fruits with passion fruit cream.
This is an exceptional menu of course. On a regular day, there are several vegan options (that I haven't tried) including vegan fondue (melted vegan "cheese" accompanied by bread or potatoes) and beyond meat burger with chips as well as a daily special which you can see on their Instagram page.

Pros: An opportunity to open up , Delicious food , Modern, bright welcoming decor

Cons: Service a bit slow (maybe because of 4 course menu

Unfortunately, as time goes, fewer and fewer options on their menu. The place has great vibes and staff are super friendly, and some dishes can be veganized on request. Hope this is a temporary setback.
