Vk never disappoints! We practically live here. Food is always impeccable as are the vibes. We recently had our civil partnership celebration here and it was amazing. the venue is lovely with some great art work.

We travelled quite far to come here and were not disappointed. The space is so lovely, very cool art, comfy, and inspiring. Run by an incredibly nice couple, they create beautiful vegan food. We went for the Sunday roast and it was fantastic. We had the chicken and mushroom pie and the chicken Kiev. Both fantastic with all the trimmings including Yorkshire pudding! We took one of their sharing cups to go which had strawberries and Victoria sponge. They also had these cute little gummy candy jars which of course we bought. Can’t recommend enough. And, of course, we all need to support 100% vegan restaurants. It’s a tough business and when there is a vegan restaurant, even if you have to travel, go, go, go!

Found this gem on our way back from our family holiday. All three of us had the lasagne and all three of us loved it. Good menu, plenty of choice and very reasonable prices. With the happy added bonus of a car park at the back of the restaurant we will be back for more.

Called on a whim and was delighted to get a table for Sunday lunch. We ordered roasts (a mushroom -based 'Steak & Ale' pie and Seitan 'Roast Chicken'). Both came up with all the trimmings (Roasties, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower sheeze, Yorkshire pudding and gravy). Everything was hot and abundant, washed down with oat milk cappucinno. Suffice to say, dessert (Biscoff cheesecake) was 'to go'! As always, service was warm and friendly and prices are very reasonable too. What's not to love?

Great beers on tap, fantastic selection of cakes. Enough starters and mains to cater to any vegan or non-vegan. Meals tried here: fish finger and mac n cheese, both were fantastic. The service was also really friendly.

Read moreIt is so nice to go somewhere and have the WHOLE menu to choose from. We are slowly working our way through each menu item and honestly, we have not been disappointed.
VK is themed fantastically and the whole ambience and atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They do a superb roast on a Sunday (need to book as it's so popular), their Christmas menu is AMAZING and all other meals and lunches/light bites are tasty, generous portions and above all 100% vegan.
Run, don't walk to VK whenever you get the chance - it really would be worth a drive (shame the town isn't!)

Lovely casual diner, with a lovely variety of lunches. We had the fish finger flat bread and chicken burger with onion rings and rosemary fries. Delicious!!!! Coffee is good too! We’ll probably take some cake home too…

Wow, Wow, Wow! This place is vegan heaven! On our way down to Christchurch we stopped at Waterlooville to have a vegan roast dinner. By far the best vegan roast dinner I have ever eaten, with amazing Yorkshire puddings.

I’ve taken my cycling group over here for breakfast few times and even the biggest non vegans loved the food! Everything is delicious and prepared with love, great gem! If I lived nearby I’d be a regular customer!

A real gem! We visited on the 22nd July 2023 after parkrhn and we're pretty much the first customers in. The place is really nice with some brilliant decor. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

It's a great place and well worth a visit. We usually go to Costa after a parkrun in that area but I think we've found a far better venue!

Love this diner, such great food, value and service. They serve classic favourites everyone is familiar with, but vegan versions and they're done so well. The Sunday roast is amazing. I was so excited to try the Yorkshire pudding which is the best vegan one I've ever had, the cauliflower cheese is delicious and the roasties were perfect!

Had the pleasure of visiting this cafe as we passed on a trip- it was so good we made an effort to go on the way back too! The nachos are amazing, as well as the doughnut stack. The restaurant shows love and effort and the food quality speaks for itself. Highly recommend this hidden gem- plus, the breakfast bap was amazing!
