Viva Burger is located in a quiet and beautiful plaza in the heart of Madrid. The selection of vegan burgers and lots of appetizers and desserts is sooo yummy. Their fresh juices are great, too! The decor is beautiful and very creative. The service is friendly. I highly recommend Viva Burger.

I would definitely recommend the burgers at this place! The person I went with had the dish of the day menu which was tasty but nothing like mine😜The only downside was that they tried to sell us water instead of tap water, and the pricing was a little incorrect (ie not the same as on the menu). Wasn’t that big of a deal though.

The whole burger was very well assembled. One bite and you can taste the combined flavors of what a burger is meant to taste like - saucy, mustardy, juicy (ish). Burger was on the creamier side.
The details:
The buns were absolutely crispy. They were very generous with their mustard and vegan mayo. Pickles in the sauce were good.
The vegan blue cheese was tasty, but mild. Granted, it is vegan, so this is considered very good.
The "meat" was a little gooey. I don't think that was supposed to turn out this way. The patty is mixed with some pear/apple cubes. The sweetness of the fruit does bring a different the flavor to the patty.
Of course it wouldn't be a burger if you don't eat the whole thing together. Overall, it was a mouthful. I really enjoyed the burger. Would recommend this place. You are eating a lot of food for the price you are paying.

Read moreThe first time we went there for breakfast and we had the tofu scramble with mushrooms wich was really very good.
The second time - today, sunday - they opened at 11:00 and we where there at 11:15 to have breakfast.
It was open but the guy told us it was actually closed because they had to arrange the saloon and it will open after 40 minutes!!!
We were really very disappointed!!!
THERE IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!
Sorry, but you have to respect your own opening hours.

We were catching an overnight train and it’s great to be able to eat somewhere that doesn’t close during the day and seems to cook all throughout the day. We both ordered different burgers and liked these. The potatoes were really nice. It was a good space and wasn’t too busy when we went (around 5:30pm).
