Delicious Vegan Caribbean food - Edit
Restaurant small and simple and clean. Service was friendly and prompt. We had the Jerk Soy w rice and beans and BBQ Soy w rice and beans Each came with very tasty plantain and a side of coleslaw type salad. Had it with a sorrel. All was delicious. Sweets from the Earth layer cake for dessert. Will definitely be back for more when in Toronto again.

Best Ital Food in Toronto. Hands down. - Edit
Here's an update since they moved up to Broadview Avenue last year. This has the tastiest Ital Food in Toronto. Better than V's Carribean, Irie Veggie Take-out or even Ital Vital. They used to garner so much buzz at the Vegfests and now you can come here daily and get what you know will be good. They have much seating and tables so you can actually do a proper sit-down with family or friends. Their Macaroni Cheeze is why people crowded them at the Vegfest and why they're coming to their Brick and Mortar storefront now. Not as saucy as Hogtown Vegan but Macaroni Pie isn't supposed to be saucy.

The food is just delicious! went there with a carnivore friend and even she was impressed by the barbecued soy. The juices there are homemade and good for you as well. Quite authentic and cozy in the restaurant.
