Love the dedicated Vegan menu, Vegan Goan Cauliflower Curry on Sunday, Vegan Tapas Tuesday last night and just drinks this evening but we'll be back.

Amazing vegan options! - Edit
I’ve been here a few times and love this place. Right on the seafront and an extensive separate vegan and vegetarian menu with SO many options. They are really yummy and the ingredients are fresh and dishes are full of flavour. Lots of variety and choice for everyone. Great vibe and interior inside, so great for a nice dinner or sit outside and watch the world go by. You should try to book in advance as they are often busy.

On holiday in Torquay and stopped at visto for dinner. I really do love the lounges, they always feel like a home from home and this one was just like that. Nice and relaxed setting, all the staff were super friendly and the choice and quality of the food is great. It all came out quick as well. We shared some tapas to start and then had the Mexican superbowl, a firm favourite, nice and healthy but also exciting and I think really good value for money.

I didn’t think we’d find many vegan offerings in Torquey, but this little place near the sea front has quite a few options. They had a separate vegan and veg menu with things like tapas dishes. Friendly staff and nice sea views with outside seating. Inside the decor is pretty cool too. A few dishes were OOS but the staff were quick to help replace these and very accustom to getting vegan orders in.

They have several vegan options including sides and desserts, Visto has a warm atmosphere and can provide a vegan menu in person or their online menu is easy to navigate. Their food is really yummy too!

Like all the restaurants in the "lounge" chain, Visto is quirkily decorated with a good atmosphere.
Read moreAlways busy and they don't take reservations so at busy times you might have to wait, we had a 15 minute wait outside to get a table for lunch but it was sunny so didn't mind.
They have a dedicated vegan menu and knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to check ingredients of cocktails etc to check they are vegan friendly.
We had a lovely lunch there.

We’ve eaten here twice, each time we’ve been to Torquay. The options are so good and the atmosphere is great. I had an amazing vegan breakfast followed by chocolate torte. Highly recommend.

I don’t know this chain but this is a very cool spot with great interior and a fantastic vegan menu. Sadly I only visited one time and had the vegan burger which was amazing.

Made a quick pit stop here. If you’ve been to a Loungers before you know the deal so I won’t cover the (great) food options. What I will say is the staff here seem to be even more attentive than is usual. Despite being incredibly busy, we got served food very quickly and someone came to ask if we were enjoying the food/if they could get us anything else. So don’t hesitate to dine here. The view of the sea is an absolute bonus!

Good location close to the seafront with outside seating. It can get busy and you need to find a table (and note the number) before ordering at the bar.

Vegan desserts are a flapjack and chocolate and ginger torte. Food is reliable and reasonably priced. Soya milk is available for hot drinks.

We drove some distance to the Visto Lounge while on holiday, as we live near some of the other Lounges and know they offer a good vegan menu. The food we had was good, as always in the Lounge chain, but what made this worth writing a review about was the staff - they were friendly, helpful in identifying vegan dessert options, and even gave us an extra helping of vegan chocolate tart so we could have one each rather than sharing. We had a lovely evening here.

When travelling, my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find a "Lounge" (we have one locally) so we visited a few times. We enjoy the Vegan menu and the atmosphere/staff are lovely.

Visto is a large lounge bar overlooking Torbay. We appreciated the ambiance; there is a retro feel and an informal relaxed atmosphere with paintings on the wall,a book-swap area and games for children. Reservations can be made for groups of 8 or more.

We ate at Visto on a Monday evening. There were only a few other people there, but I imagine that at weekends, and in the summer, it will be very busy.
We were impressed by the quality of the food. I had the Falafal burger followed by the Dark chocolate and ginger torte - a real treat.
There is a range of drinks from milk shakes to spirits.
Service was prompt and friendly.
