Delicious - Edit
Outstanding vegan menu! Lots of bowl and burger options. Our table had the Figgy Burger with Hungry Planet patty, Tex Mex Burger with black bean burger, and the Phoenix Bowl, and ALL were yummy. We also had the brownies for dessert, which were deliciously decadent. I highly recommend. I only wish they were open later.

Worth a try - Edit
I like the concept, atmosphere and food at Viridescent Kitchen. My only challenge is that the gluten free options are limited and the cost doesn't necessarily align to the portion size. I think it is worth checking out and making your own judgement as to whether or not to put them in your regular rotation.

Great vegan menu - Edit
This is a casual restaurant where you order at the counter. We went for dinner, and they had burgers and bowls, among other items.
Read moreFor the burgers, you can select portobello, black bean, beyond burger, and another plant-based patty.
I had the comfort bowl with meatloaf and mac un cheese. It was very good. My wife had the rustic bowl. She said the sweet potatoes were hard. Other than that, everything was excellent.
I'll have to go back and try breakfast or lunch.
It is a bit pricey.
There is also a small grocery where you can buy some vegan products.

Great food. Order at the counter style vegan restaurant. Impeccably clean. Went with a veg friend - she had the figgy burger & I had the weekly special (who can resist pesto grilled cheese sandwich?) we split our sandwiches - both were delicious.

My New Favorite! - Edit
VK is officially my new favorite! We came to the Grand Opening to check it out, and grab some gourmet vegan corn dogs. The vibe and taste were not flukes.
Read moreI have since had their Figgy Burger (with to-die-for vegan cream cheese), their breakfast tacos, their bacon/pesto grilled cheese, their pumpkin spiced lattes, and lots of yummy vegan treats (oatmeal cream pie, anyone!).
The food and people (thanks Johnny and Julianna!) are amazing, and their vision is so worth supporting. I’m hooked!
Pros: Taste, Location, Staff

I love how I feel after eating the peace bowl here! I am so satisfied by the flavor and fill of the food. While they do have great burgers and nachos, I love the bowls. Great veggies and curated flavors.

Go To Vegan Hot Spot - Edit
If you are looking to enjoy a stress free vegan meal, look no further than Viridescent Kitchen! Everything on the menu is entirely plant based and mostly gluten free so it takes the worry out of the equation when deciding what to eat. I was lucky enough to try the Rustic Bowl, Figgy Burger, and key lime mini cheesecake parfait. All of which were phenomenal. The bowl was packed with vegetables and the cheese sauce tied it all together, very filling. The figgy burger was a unique twist in the world of diverse burger choices, sweet and savory and delicious. The key lime cheesecake was amazing as well. Just as creamy as any dairy based dessert. The owner and employees were professional and friendly. Overall fantastic experience.

I thought it was ok - Edit
Good location. Food was 'ok' in my opinion and quite over priced for the quality and quantity. Limited lunch menu.
Read moreWe tried a sandwich and a wrap. The sandwich was ok, the wrap was underwhelming. Spend $45 for lunch for 2 people including drinks before tips.

Vegutopia - Edit
This is the kind of restaurant DFW has needed for years. So many healthful options that can satisfy vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. My favorite dishes are the Rustic Bowl or the Figgy Burger. They also carry an amazing selection of gluten free and vegan baked goods, cheesecakes, cookies, lattes, breakfast dishes, and scratch-made plant-based ice cream from AJ's Scoops. Can't go wrong enjoying a meal at VK.

Must try - Edit
One of the locals recommended Viridescent to me.
Read moreHad dinner there 2 times cause the first was so good.
First time had peace bowl and chocolate cheese cake.
The kofta peace balls and sauce were tasty. The mango chutney was a nice touch. Cheese cake was 👍🏼
Next trip had southwestern bowl. Nothing was mixed on plate. So you need to built all your bites. Pumpkin cheese cake to finish.
Tonight being Friday night they had a open mic going on. Everyone was having a good time.

Excellent service and food! - Edit
VK has it all-a mini grocery store, frozen v-meats, and fresh-made daily food featured from Noble Burgers and Bowls! I love how much healthier it is than other local comfort food restaurants. Now that they’re serving AJ’s ice cream, I don’t want to eat anywhere else!

Better than spiral - Edit
You have to go here! I live in Dallas and used to frequent Spiral Diner a few times a week. The service and the food started lacking noticeably. My bf found this place by accident online. The service was great, and the food was better. They have a large variety of all vegan snacks, as they partner with an all vegan grocer. Super impressed! Might be enough to make me move o the suburbs.

Noble Burgers are awesome - Edit
Stopped for Viridescent for lunch to try a burger from Noble Burgers and Bowls. The Tex Mex burger was fantastic! Beyond patty, toasted bun, with guac, grilled onions, pepper jack cheeze and aioli made a killer flavor combination. Nice presentation with cubed watermelon on the side. A chocolate coconut doughnut was delicious and just enough of a sweet bite to round out the meal. I'll be back at some point to try a curry bowl.
