Always has vegan options - Edit
We live in the beautiful Frisco, Colorado and Vinny always has a lovely vegan meal for us. I typically call ahead to see what they have. For Father’s Day they had wonderful mushroom appetizers, custom-made a salad for us and had a wonderful tofu masala dish. Doug was our friendly waiter and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful Meal - Edit
Whether it was their minestrone soup, they’re vegan cakes, or they’re vegan special…It was wonderful. Was a slow weekend, so we didn’t need reservations. Based on previous post, reservations may be necessary.

Heavily vegetable based, but tasty - Edit
They had a vegan soup of the day and an entree special (eggplant roulade) that was vegan. I had the eggplant roulade. It was stuffed with quinoa and spinach and it came with more seasonal veggies and a choice of starch (I had roasted potatoes). Overall, it was a large plate of veggies but it was made well and tasted great.

We came at a busy time-will reserve a table next time- but was still seated by helpful hostess. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I ordered the Tofu Noodle Bowl and it was the best tofu I have ever had!

Hidden Gem in Frisco! - Edit
Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had the carrot tomato soup, primavera and tofu with mushrooms. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back! And only 20 minutes from Vail where we couldn’t find any vegan options. Matt at the bar and Dave at the front were awesome!

If you’re looking for a fancy wf/wfpb dinner this is it. Great to go with family/friends but keep in mind it’s kinda taxxed but fancy

A few vegan options. The soup of the day was garlic and mushroom, which was very good. A bit disappointed in the seared tofu mushroom dish. Tofu had very little flavor and came out cold.

Excellent food with fantastic presentation! - Edit
What an impressive place! The food is vegan conscious, fresh and unique. The owner (I was told) knows the interest in vegan options and the chefs do an excellent job preparing it. The presentation is beautiful and the food is delicious. If you're in a hurry this isn't the place for you. It's clear they take their time and take a lot of pride in their creations. Well worth the wait!
