Best fine dining in central Florida

Vinia Wine & Kitchen is hands down the best and most creative fine dining spot for vegans in Central Florida. The dishes here are a true testament to the passion and expertise of Fabio, the owner, who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

The food is absolutely delicious, with each course thoughtfully crafted and paired with wines that elevate the flavors to new heights. Fabio’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine through in every aspect of the meal, from the innovative vegan dishes to the impeccable wine pairings. If you're looking for a top-tier dining experience that celebrates plant-based cuisine, Vinia Wine & Kitchen is an absolute must-visit!

5 Stars: Beautiful "real food" vegan meal and wine

We went for a standard reservation, and highly recommend for this and would have loved to reserve a Fabio's table which happens only a couple times a month.

Fabio was still there and fantastic. He helped talk through the menu, both for food and wine. He selects the wine himself so he knows which wines are vegan friendly, but may not have a vegan certification. Food menu is clearly marked for plant based, vegetarian, and gluten free.

We ordered and shared the antipasto & bread, escargot, funghi flat bread, ratatoullie, and beet wellington. What I love about Vinia is just the amazing real food, versus processed veganized foods. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious! A must visit!

Winter Park is a beautiful area with brick streets, cute shops, and the Morse museum. Highly recommend a day or half day in the area, ending at Vinia.

Beet Wellington for vegans

This small, charming family owned restaurant always has interesting vegan entrees, small plates, and appetizers. Vegetarian offerings can be made vegan using plant based “cheese.” We ordered the Beet Wellington off the new Spring menu, and it was a creative & delicious vegan entree. Next time I’ll try the vegan “Escargot” made with mushrooms. The owner, Fabio, enthusiastically caters to those eating a vegan diet, so there are many choices on the menu.

Fancy

I like this place. It is a great place to go on a date. It is small, but the staff is super friendly. The food is fantastic! I’ve had all their vegan items except the flat bread and it is all great. I love that the vegan options are well labeled!

Perfect Date Night for vegans!

If I lived closer to Winter Park I would probably be here once a week. Fabio curates incredible vegan courses that are not an afterthought, they are amazing on their own. And his knowledge of wine ensures you will always have the perfect pairing. The items change seasonally and he’s always experimenting with new flavors and creations. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to see what he comes up with next!

Pros: Care taken with vegan options, Amazing ambiance and service , Incredible flavors and wine pairings!

A Vegan Fine Dining Experience Like Never Before

I have never had as deliciously elegant of a meal as I've had at VINIA's. My husband and I made reservations for the "Fabio's Table" experience because we saw a few local blogs and newspapers mentioning their fully plant-based Prix Fixe menu a while back and finally decided to try it! I was absolutely blown away. The menu looked, let me just tell you, crazy. Super fancy, weird pairings. Things I just didn't understand or could imagine, but ooooh my goodness. It was so good!! It was the most fun and delicious night out I've had in the Central Florida area, I think ever. I've lived here for 15 years.

Fabio is the co-owner with his wife, Paula, and he curates all the dishes himself as well as works with wine distributors to perfectly match each dish with the most delicious wine you'll ever taste (wine pairings cost extra, though.)

The plant-based menu is not just something that omits ingredients either. It is designed to be stand-alone as if there was no alternative. "A completely different dish with the same concept as the original." Fabio comes to each table and describes his ideas, why he's paired the wines with the dish, what you'll taste, and how, and asks you what you think after each course. Yes, the owner speaks with every customer to discuss the meal and ensure the experience is just as he curated it to be!

The restaurant is very intimate and romantic, dim lighting with limited seating to keep that cozy vibe. I will say, it's not for the faint of heart, because whether you go for the regular service menu or Fabio's Table, it will be expensive... Definitely not something you can just casually walk into on a Thursday night. This is an experience to prep for. And possibly... save up for. But, it's worth it. It's so incredibly worth it.

Parking is in the back, or adjacent street parking nearby (It's Winter Park, so don't expect great spaces.)

Pros: Rare and unique experience, Phenomenally delicious , Romantic

Cons: Very expensive, Parking may be difficult
