Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe in the airport Terminal B and also E. As of summer 2018 no longer offering vegan gumbo, but reported you could get pretzel (minus butter), the Mediterranean wrap (minus cheese), and fries. Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-11:00pm.

No vegan gumbo at Terminal B either... - Edit
I’m currently paying $30 for the pretzels with no butter, Mediterranean wrap with no feta and the fries. I gave it two stars bc 3 vegan options are better than 1.

The terminal E location didn’t have gumbo on the menu. Hopefully they will get it back soon!
