A vegetarian takeaway only place with tons of vegan options (all vegan by default). The staff is knowledgeable which items have dairy in them, plus nothing contains eggs. The cuisines are Tamil, South Indian and Sri Lankan. Open Mon-Thu 9:00am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-10:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

More vegetarian options

Very friendly Brampton take out restaurant. Unfortunately, they only have three vegan options- veggie noodles, rice and a mash potato dish. I was craving curry and roti. However the staff confirmed that all curries and sauces were made with ghee (clarified butter) and not vegetable oil.

Very Good South Indian Dishes

Love the dosas & idlis here. Lots of other South Indian vegetarian options to choose from.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options

Cons: It’s a takeout place. No seating

So many vegan options at this all Vegetarian takeaway joint

This Vegetarian takeaway only place is named after Ganpati/Vinayak (Elephant God) is undiscovered gem for me. For us it worth the drive (almost 30 km) to Brampton to pickup some food.

We were delivering a wide variety of foods for an important family event and our goal was to pick up 20 different items. We ended up picking close to 40 items.

The onion pakoras (20/10, yes not a typo), masala Idli, thaali with tamarind rice or lemon rice (both 10/10 and a slight up charge), all the veg curries, medu vadas, spinach medu vadas, samosas, fritters, stuffed breads, and oh those desserts - some mango flavoured, coconut and more. And the best almost all of things that we bought happened to be Vegan! There was raita and some dahi wadas that had yogurt.

And get these, we did not buy masala dosas, regular idlis, puttus, noodles and pasta (yes they had pasta, probably Tamil or Sri Lankan style) and so much more. Wonder how many times I will have to make a trip to try everything here.

Pros: All vegetarain, So many vegan options, Courteous and knowledgeable staff

Cons: Takeaway containers are not bio-degadeable
