Go for the juice and smoothie, not the food - Edit
This place was disappointing, especially given how hard it was to find (inside a store). The juice and smoothie we ordered were delicious. The only vegan food option on the menu was avocado toast, and you had to ask them to leave off the fried egg. The toast was grilled, which wasn't noted on the menu. I didn't ask if they used butter (didn't want to wait for a remake of my order), and trusted that the cashier's recommendation of this vegan dish was accurate. They do have a vegan gluten-free bread option that is good. The toast was topped with avocado, salt, and some cilantro and you get a wedge of lime to squeeze on it. That's it.

Pros: Juices and smoothies are freshly made
Cons: Vegan food is extremely limited

Mushroom Stew - Edit
Even though it’s limited to the mushroom stew and side vegetables, would recommend to go. We had the sautéed kale(with the mushroom stew) yum! Both inside and outside dining options are inviting! Would have enjoyed a piece of bread with the meal to sop up the juices from both dishes. Sadly, the focaccia and sourdough both had dairy.

Good food limited choices - Edit
We had lunch here. All the salads had meat or cheese in them. They did have a vegan mushroom stew. It was excellent. We also had sautéed vegetables that were good.

Wonderful lunch - Edit
Although the menu has many items with meats, when we informed the waiter that we were vegan, he made suggestions that made our meal vegan. We had large salads and mushroom stew which were wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great lunch and dinner place - Edit
We've been to this location and the one in Albuquerque. Food is delicious and there are numerous vegan options. They are willing to modify, if requested. Great soups and wonderful salads. Parking can be a bit of a problem.

an expensive disappointment - Edit
So I went here for lunch today with a colleague and left truly disappointed and feeling ripped off. First, for a salad place the menu is not very vegan friendly with meat or cheese in almost every dish. I ordered off the menu asking for an arugula salad with tofu and no cheese and no onions. 40 minutes later they bring out a big pile of arugula, a few pieces of pear, dressing and tofu – so plain and boring I could feel the contempt of the kitchen radiating out of the plate. Then the bill comes and they charged me for the Arugula Duck plus tofu (15+6)! $21 for a salad in Santa Fe!! I complained and they took off the tofu charge but I still felt pretty ripped off and unimpressed. Vegetarians and omni’s may enjoy it but this vegan didn’t dig it at all.

A neighborhood favorite! - Edit
I have eaten at Vinaigrette often and enjoyed it. The vegan mushroom stew is excellent, as are the chickpea duo (yummy) and the seasonal roasted brussels sprouts with avocado. Most salads are huge and can easily be shared. I like the Omega with a different dressing (the lemon-cumin vinaigrette pairs nicely), the Asian Chopped Salad and the Garden Salad. The Greek salad can also be made vegan. Don't be afraid to ask, waitstaff are attentive and the kitchen tries hard to please. Good selection of wine, beer and nonalcoholic concoctions. If you're vegetarian, be sure and try the carrot cake - best in Santa Fe, according to my friends!
