Excellent dinner - Edit
Even though it is not a vegan restaurant, Vila Adentro has labeled vegan options, the portions are massive and the food is absolutely delicious!
Read moreThey let us to have an aperitivo on the rooftop, which offered a beautiful view of the sunset. The location is great and the food very authentic. Plus the staff was so nice and welcoming! 100% recommended!

Attractive building in the old town, had delusions of grandeur reflected in the prices.
Read moreThere were three vegan options on the mains menu, which was encouraging. However, I had the tofu curry which, although tasty enough, was fairly basic consisting of several slices of tofu on rice mixed with a couple of vegetables covered with a curry powder sauce. In other words, not a proper curry.
Pros: More than one vegan option, Nice setting
Cons: Bit expensive , Could try harder on the non-meat menu

Okay if you want to eat in the oldtown - Edit
There is a vegetarian menu, including a variety of dishes. However, we felt like the food was not very creative, but rather just vegetables put together in order to serve something vegetarian. A bit sad and not quite worth the money.

Prefect Portugese experience - Edit
The food was amezing and they had a vegetarian part of the menu with clearly listed vegan dishes. The staff was super sweet and the location give you the untouched Portugese feels.
