Super nice view and good food - Edit
The food was very nice but on the pricier side. The view was amazing. There were also vegan cakes. The atmosphere was really nice but staff was quite slow. We enjoyed it.

That restaurant is so good. The view is amazing and everything we ordered, 3 days in a row, was just delicious. Would barely recommend the smoothie bowls😄

Good Quality, good vibes - Edit
Best Raw Vegan Options. Quite pricey, yes, but for the offered quality definetely not. Even in Europe it is very hard to find such good raw food.

Best vegan food we had on Ko Samui & nice setting... - Edit
... we had curry and soba noodles as well as some vegan deserts and ice cream. All very good. Only thing I cannot recommend is their salty plum soda (really too salty; we couldn't finish it).

Vikasa is a one of a kind venue and establishment on the island with an incredible view and friendly service. I throughly enjoyed all the delicious vegan offerings.
Read moreI was able to explore the food from the experience as a guest staying for a yoga retreat and I was very impressed. The buffet for guests was plentiful, healthy and delicious. The cafe menu has a variety of delicious choices formulated by a talented, creative chef. I highly recommend the vegan asian bowl, vegan raw pizza, smoothies and desserts.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Beautiful ocean view, Nice yoga retreat center

The best food in Samui - Edit
Our favourite place for food in Samui. All the vegan food on offer is incredible, fresh and super tasty. It is on the more expensive side but that is totally justified due to the amazing food they serve up

One time experience for us - Edit
I understand the view is incredible and the food is good, but ~400 Baht for a salad or smoothie bowl and ~350 Baht for a small raw pizza or 6 sushi rolls? I would consider this high even for European prices. Is it worth it? I don't know. But it was a nice experience and we really tried to enjoy every single bite, considering the prices. With rising great vegan options on the island, we won't be coming back though. However, if your budget allows and/or you're on a short holiday, I recommend stopping by.

Wonderful - Edit
I ate here during my time at the Vikasa yoga retreat and it is quite something. The food is so healthy, nutritious and tasty. The staff are incredibly smiley, happy and warm and the view.... Nothing beats that incredible view. It really is spectacular. Breakfast and dinner buffets both absolutely spot on.

Just satisfactory 🙂 - Edit
Good location. View is nice. Food is OK. Nothing I had was worth coming back for. Service was horrible. I sat 20 minutes before someone came to me and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes, but hadn't even received a menu. The staff acted like I was putting them out and was forcing them to do their job I thought they were hired to do. This alone will probably not bring me back to eat again. Was definately over priced.

Nice view, expensive and though poor service - Edit
We enjoyed breakfast with a stunning view. The breakfast was nice - when it finally came. We were not staying in the hotel and the waiter made us feel that: no juice available as the machine was working for the breakfast buffet of the hotel guests. Very long waiting times. Not very friendly. It is a very expensive place, so I expect to be treated with more respect. And even it is a yoga place, they still serve meat and fish.

Wow factor here! Beautifully crafted meals, you get what you pay for! Lots of vegan options. We had the Tokyo Tower and Burrito, which were both amazing. They also offer a buffet for 450 Baht, they had vegan option in this too. We will go back to try the buffet.

Vikasa Life Cafe - Edit
It took me quite a walk to get there but I don't regret it as all. the food and the view were extraordinary. I ordered the vegan pink burger (you just ask for the pink bun with the charcoal burger vegan patty). the dish look beautiful, like a piece of candy art and the broccoli patty was so very tasty. (I also liked the sauces that came with the sweet potato chips though not sure what the orange one was). the food is a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth to visit there even if only once.

Great experience! - Edit
We went here for dinner last night and we were so impressed! The view is incredible, the staff were lovely and the vegan options were endless. We had the vegan cheese platter (10/10, the crackers were a meal on their own), the dumplings (probably one of my favourite things I’ve eaten in the island), the burrito and tofu scramble. All the food was well presented, of decent size and obvious care out into it. We can’t wait to come back for dessert another night.

Poor and unhealthy food. - Edit
Nice setting, yes but I find it hard to believe anybody could be impressed by the food at Vikasa. First warning sign is the huge menu. After working my way around it, I tried the Teryaki salad and my wife the Asian bowl. Both were drowned in far too much dressing and this made the whole thing far too heavy, fatty and oily. Quality of ingredients was also poor. I notice there were a lot of Americans eating at Vikasa. This doesn’t surprise me at all because their food is served in that very American way, large portions, poorly presented and unhealthy. There is no subtlety and no flavour. It’s good they have a good range of vegan options but that’s not a reason to recommend Vikasa. Go elsewhere.

This is a great place, a little on the expensive side but very tasty with lots of options for vegans. The food and drinks are stacked with with amazing ingredients from Maca powder to homemade vegan cheese's. If your looking for Organic products you can pick them up here too or participate in they unique yoga sessions. Worth a look if your in the area.

Tastefully done meals and ambiance - Edit
Such a beautiful setting to enjoy the curated meals by chefs from Europe. My only concern is that it has quite the price tag and to top it off, there is vat so it becomes even more expensive. I had one of the patties changed because it contained fish. I had a quinoa pattie instead but the price remained the same even if the quinoa patty was cheaper

Our best meal on the island - Edit
Saw this place on Happycow and read the reviews, so when we went to Samui we made a point to eat here. Here's my Vikasa Yoga review.
Read moreThis place is gorgeous. We came for the food, not yoga. Our meal was fresh and really delicious. Indeed, the prices were not cheap - it's more western style & standard, but it's to be expected when you want to dine in a beautiful setting with fresh, "safe" food. Would like to visit again.
Pros: fresh food, vegan-friendly

expensive - Edit
The restaurant is nice . Beautiful view . The food is not bad especially the raw cakes . But it's overpriced and because it's a yoga place we are really disappointed that is not at least vegetarian . Another place built just for yoga business.

Great dinner buffet. Almost all vegetarian. - Edit
My wife and I had a great dinner buffet there. We arrived near the buffet start at 630. All but one of the options were vegetarian friendly, which was great. Ate to our hearts content, and then some more when the fresh fruit platter was put out for dessert. The chick peas - steamed and lightly seasoned were out of this world. Dinner buffet was at 450baht per person.
