Only breading no tofu??

I got the crispy tofu bites and to be honest… Im not sure if there was tofu in it. It was incredibly chewy. I dissected it and it didn’t seem to have a tofu center. Seemingly just breading? Very confusing.

Not very flavorful

I had the noodle soup and tofu bites. Both lacked flavor and were disappointing! I heard the sandwiches are better.
