Toasty pho and appetizers - Edit
Came here for some tasty pho! The vegetable pho is very tasty and the summer rolls too. Also, we asked the waiter if they had fried tofu and he said yes! It's not on the menu but the restaurant made a simple fried tofu appetizer that was a welcome addition to the meal.

Pros: Tasty pho, Nice appetizers
Cons: Could use more vegan entrees

The owner is very friendly and knowledgable about which dishes can be made vegan. The Pho is amazing, get the tofu beef in it. In fact get extra tofu beef. It’s outta control 🤩🤤

Wow. I read some good reviews on here, and tried it for my birthday dinner. Ordered curbside pickup due to coronavirus. Everything was fantastic, especially the Vegetarian Pho with Tofu Beef (vegan), veggie potstickers and lemongrass sauce they have. My Omni family loved it too, so great for everyone!!

Awesome Viet food! - Edit
Yesterday, one of my friends and I last minute went here as where we were going to go and eat was closed for the day. I’m very glad as my friend mentioned it and I told her how local vegans rave about this place. I was very excited.
Read moreThe service was great and I love how small and simple the inside looks, but this place is a hidden gem due to location.
There is a whole vegetarian/vegan menu so there’s no confusion looking for Vs. I got the vegan tofu beef with lemongrass sauce. It came with white rice. The “beef” was perfectly soft and chewy and the lemongrass sauce was perfect. I also happy to see a vegan dessert option, which was the taro pudding. That item is more to be shared so thank goodness I went with someone. It comes out warm almost like a soup but it’s very sweet and I enjoyed chewing on the bits of taro and crunching on the peanuts.

All around amazing!! - Edit
I was super excited to try Pho for the first time. So I had the vegan beef pho. I think it was tofu rather than Seitan. I prefer Seitan. But the soup itself was amazing. The service was great. Looks are deceiving from the outside because where it is situated is in a corner of small strip mall. The sign is kinda small and all of the shades were closed. But, when we walked in it was super clean and pretty nice. It was packed and there was a constant flow of people coming through. I also had the vegetable pot stickers which were really really delicious. I went with two non veg family members who also loved their entrees. It’s a great place to go when dining with omnivores. We will definitely be back!! Updated: I went back and OMG. LOVED the fact that they have mock meat options - chicken, shrimp, beef etc and you can pick your sauce. I had this amazing vegan chicken with green beans and onions with satay sauce. I will certainly be craving this dish. Highly recommend.

The vegan pho was amazing, now I have never had pho before, so as far as Pho goes, I am not sure how it compares, but I am already dreaming of my next bowl!
Read moreWe also got the Vietnamese curry with vegetables - our server described the Vietnamese curry as “more coconut flavor” than other culture’s curries- Super Accurate and so delicious! We also got the Taro pudding for dessert as the server said it is vegan, coconut milk based. We were thrilled from start to finish- they offer mock meats to add into your meal of choice, my husband got the mock fish to try and was doubting it it was vegan because it tasted like Fish (form what he could remember anyhow) friendly service- our server was so kind and even brought our guests a free dessert, taught us Vietnamese and took his time explaining the menu and recommending vegan options
Pros: easy parking, delicious food, kind service
Cons: easy to miss on busy Central Ave, not an over abundance of vegan options

This hidden gem in Scarsdale New York is new to the area but the Chef has years of experience and countless happy diners from his former restaurant Saigon Street in Dallas Texas. The Chef/Owner was knowledgeable and friendly giving valuable input regarding entree selections as well as soup ingredients. The hot and sour soup had a unique bouquet strongly influenced by herbs and the delicate tropical sweetness of pineapple. The spring rolls were the perfect balance of fresh and crispy. My dinner was an unxious and decadent curried vegan chicken with green beans and rice. I highly recommend paying a visit to Vietnam's Central for excellent quality and delicious dishes.

Amazing Vegan Options! - Edit
Definitely one of my favorite new places in Westchester to eat. They have vegan chicken, shrimp and fish as well as vegetarian beef and tofu. We had the spring rolls, pho and vegetarian shrimp with lemongrass sauce, everything was amazing! The owner came over to talk to us and said he prides himself on having a great veg-friendly menu and welcomes vegans to stop by. It's nice to see a restaurant in Westchester give vegans options that are really tasty!
