Cozy veggie - Edit
Vieta it's a hidden gem. They have a full menu, but they always have lunch menu where they offer different dishes and also soups that can be taken alone or as a side. The ambiance is really cozy, the waiters are so kind, they translate you the dishes of the day (because usually they are written in Lithuanian) and they have local beer.

Super tasty and cheap - Edit
We went at lunchtime and they had a lunch menu to offer. (No other menu was offered to us). You can choose between three different dishes, all were vegan. I had miso soup and vegetable sabji, the food was really good and fresh. Between 6 and 6.5€ for starter main.

Best restaurant in Vilnius! - Edit
It's very small and cozy, but we got lucky and managed to find a table right away. We ate the daily offer (soup and main) for 5,50€, which I would very much recommend! There were two soups and three mains to choose from, all vegan on the day we were there. That isn't always the case but it is clearly indicated what is or can be made vegan. The waiter was very nice, explained the menu in English to us and even answered some of our questions about Lithuanian 😄 The food was very tasty and good quality for the price, I will definitely be coming back!

Definitely worth 5 stars! A little restaurant in the city center populair among locals. So making a reservation might be a good idea.
Read moreAll vegetarian and a lot of vegan options. Really friendly and social staff. Relaxed atmosphere and nice music. Oh and nice and special beers!
We tried the humus and salad with fried tofu as a starter and a soy burger and the scrambled tofu as mains. It was incredibly tasty and also copious. We had no more place for a desert!
This might be one of my favorite restaurants in Lithuania and even Baltic States! Would love to come back!
Pros: 100% vega(n), Incredibly tasty and also copious dishes , Nice and relaxed atmosphere

One of the best in Vilnius - Edit
One of the best places in Vilnius for vegan (also serves vegetarian) food. Tofu burger and nutsteak are delicious. I suggest to book a table since the place is small and usually full especially on weekends. I will definitely be back to try their other dishes.

Very good - Edit
I didn’t intend to go to Vieta, but on my way back from thrift shopping I stumbled across it and am glad I did! It’s ironically located right beside Meat Lovers Pub, (maybe it should’ve been named Plant Lovers Pub? 😉 ) It’s a cosy and comfortable vegetarian eatery with decent range of vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu. You’ll find burgers, paninis, salads and appetisers. The staff are lovely and friendly and the meal was made quickly.

The place was very cozy and the service was good. We had nachos for starter, tofu salad and a tofu panini. The flavors weren't super special but the food was okay. The prices were very affordable and the portions were quite big. Nice place to have a drink and grab a snack!

Definitely the best veg restaurant in Vilnius. I'm not exaggerating. Food is delicious(taste like perfect homemade food without any artificial additives), service is perfect, it's a cozy place with great music. And last but not least price is more than acceptable for such a great place. Thank you very much to owners and stuff 💕

Chill, cozy spot for vegan yum - Edit
Had the tofu steak and salad, and it was pretty tasty though maybe could do with more sauce. All the dishes on the other tables looked amazing too. Good craft beer selection, and good prices. Small space with a relaxed atmosphere. The cocktails looked pretty good too, although I didn't have any.

Little gem - Edit
Really cosy and welcoming. Nachos were pretty good but the soy steak in a bun was f🌿🍀king delicious. So juicy I had to tear a bit off the bun to mop up the yummy juices. If carnivores tried this they'd never be satisfied with McShite again.

Cozy atmosphere and great food - Edit
Ironically located next to the Meat Lover’s Pub in the city center, Vieta’s menu has many vegan and veganisable dishes. The inside is quite small, but has an aesthetic that is both visually appealing and comforting. I ordered the sun-dried tomato tapenade to share as a starter with my boyfriend, and we both loved it. My boyfriend had the tofu fish and chips as a main, while I ordered the vegan soya chili panini. The tofu fish and chips tasted nice, but they did not have much of that “fishy” taste and the portion was small for the price (7.50, I believe the most expensive item on the menu). As for the soya chili, I hadn’t specified very well that I wanted the panini rather than simply the chili itself, but since I had already had a starter with bread I didn’t mind the lack of panini. The chili was a very large portion for the price (only 4.80) and tasted amazing. They also have many reasonably priced cocktails, wines, and beers, as well as coffees. Overall a good experience!

Great place for lunch! - Edit
This place is right next door to the unfortunately named “Meat Lovers Pub” (boo!), and isn’t well signed - were it not for Happy Cow we wouldn’t have found this place! I’m glad we did go though, as this was perfect for lunch. Yes, there aren’t many options, but the options there were here were great! And it meant they served them quickly! Contrary to other reviews here we found the waitress very friendly, she recommended some other places to us too!

Yummy, but dissapointed in waiters - Edit
We came in on the Tuesday evening, so the cafe was empty, but the waiter was not really interested in us and kept playing with her phone instead of bringing the menu. We had to wait for the check for some time, because the waiter went out for the smoke. On the other hand food was very delicious and there is a lot to choose from.
