Owner is vegan - Edit
I’ve been dining safely with this owner for over a decade. I followed her from another restaurant she owned. Vegetable pho with tofu, rice noodles and hot oil on the side. Vietnamese coffee also vegan. If you are not a fan of cilantro there is some on top so just ask for no cilantro.

They have only a few vegan options, but they are all very good. They are very knowledgeable about Vegan choices. They are also open to modifying things. Good service and nice people.
