Lovely energy and food - Edit

Found this place here on HappyCow and immediately was enchanted by the energy of the place and the owner Leftraru.
He offers many organic and local products in a small shop, and also cooks amazing fresh local 100% vegan food every day.
I can recommend this place from my heart.

Favorite Vegan Restaurant in Pisac! - Edit

While just a tiny town compared to nearby Cusco, Pisac has at least as strong of a selection of great vegan-friendly options. Yet one restaurant here stands out from the rest for its selection of incredibly tasty dishes, excelent service, and welcoming atmosphere. Lautaro (Vida Verde's owner, cook, and server...a one man show!) puts such obvious care to his ingredients, preparation, and service that he clearly deserves 5 stars for that alone. But to top it off, Lautaro takes his time to befriend every customer and anyone else who stops by. Highly recommended!
