Fully vegan restaurant in the heart of Cusco. The menu was a good mix out of classical Peruvian food and a more western kitchen (pizza, pasta...). The service was really friendly.

I loved this place! When you walk in to the place, the decor is amazing and sets the tone. We had a starter and mains, along with kombucha and we loved the food. It was beautifully presented and very good quality food.

We had the pasta a la huancaina and the steak (can’t remember what it was called) sadly both dishes weren’t really hot and a little bland.. the passion fruit Kombucha was really good tho! Also the staff was really nice and helpful and the location was really nice too

A pesar de mi corta experiencia como vegano y de no haber disfrutado de tantos restaurantes como me hubiera gustado, Vida Vegan Bistro bien merecería estar dentro de mi lista de experiencias favoritas hasta la fecha.
Read morePor suerte para mi, tuve la ocasión de probar varios platos del restaurante, aunque lo cierto es que la adaptación de los platos peruanos a la cocina vegana es lo primero que fijó mi mirada tras ver la carta. La espera mereció la pena: probar los anticuchos de seitán siempre será de los mejores platos que probaré en mi vida. La cocina del restaurante es amor y artesanía pura: cada plato es único. Lo aplican también a la bebida, especialmente a los zumos (jugos), que es una elaboración de un mimo superior.
El ambiente del restaurante, la atención del personal de sala, la cocina así como la relación de calidad-precio de su carta, hacen de Vida Vegan Bistro la parada perfecta para disfrutar de la gastronomía peruana. Espero que este proyecto ubicado en el corazón de Cusco (Qosqo) siga vivo por mucho tiempo, sin duda es mi sitio de referencia en la ciudad.

Found this gem while walking through town. Good signage but It is a bit hard to find. We tried two different soups Chia vegetables that had broccoli, corn, carrots, potatoes and lots of quinoa. The pumpkin mint soup wasn’t quite as hearty but with the warm focaccia everything was delicious!

The mashed potatoes with Seitan was good. They didn’t really blow my mind, but I enjoyed them. There was too much pepper on my seitan though and the server seemed really confused and had no idea how to handle issues with our food. It all kind of worked out in the end, but I wouldn’t return because of the service and slight food issues. It’s an expensive place, so naturally I would expect better. The strawberry kombucha was nice.

Read moreI ordered the "vegetable pizza". It was amazingly stuffed with many ingredients, including a lovely avocado circle in the middle. It was very tasty, even the base, housemade with sourdough.
The staff was very friendly and correct!
Hopefully one day I can go back and try other delicacies. :)

The food was amazingly presented. The guacamole was yummy. The seitan however was just okay, too soft and definitely not 'steak'. The salad had no dressing. The stirfry was better. Not too badly priced.

After our arrival we came in for an early dinner and had guacamole and papa a la huancaina as starters. As mains we ordered a „lomo saltado“ and a chickpea burger with fries. The mint and ginger juice was so fresh, exactly what we needed. The waiter even asked us if we want it with sugar or without. All food was very delicious and the place is nice, highly recommended.
