Great healing place to stay - Edit
We stayed at Vida Lotus for 2 whole months. Michael (the owner) welcomed us with a big smile and open arms. It was an incredible healing oriented stay. Indeed we ate delicious healthy and healing foods on the daily, received physical healing therapy and the peice of land was in itself very healing as well. We even got to do zoo therapy every day with his very loving cat and dogs. Michael was really flexible and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it!

A blessed piece of property located at just the right altitude in the mountains of Central America, Panama 🇵🇦, less than an hour drive from the city center. Vida Lotus welcomes you to re-connect with nature, light, life, with yourself. Having Michael as an always-there host makes my stay even more enjoyable on top of nourishing my body with fresh food, juicy fruits, prepared with attention to detail. Can’t wait to visit again, and again. Love this place.

Wonderful, Peaceful, Reviving Place - Edit
This is a beautiful peace place on a top of the mountain. It feels magical there - stunning view. I really enjoyed staying at Vida Lotus bot only because of pretty scenery, but also wonderful host Michael, amazing yummy vegan food and excellent healing massage. I felt refreshed and inspired when I was there. Really good retreat.
