Best Curry!!! - Edit
After spending a few days in Durham this was our favorite restaurant! The place was nicely decorated, clean, and very professional. The staff were very nice - the manager even greeted us, asked about allergies (we told him we’re vegan) which prompted him to recommend his favorite vegan dishes. We got a couple appetizers that were both creative and yummy. For entrees, we got Channa masala and pumpkin curry. Both were great, but the curry was exceptional - best curry we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot of curry). This place is a must visit! I’d give it 5 stars if the app would allow it.

Vegan items easily identified and delicious - Edit
Vegan items are clearly marked and staff is helpful. Food was delicious and served quickly even though the place was packed. Pineapple and star anise drink was quite refreshing. Not pictured - Thai chili naan.

Very good - Edit
The food was delicious and our server was so incredibly knowledgeable. She was very helpful with all my questions even though their menu is very well labeled. A bit pricey IMO but a cool atmosphere.

Would give 5 stars if I could - Edit
Omg so delicious. Several vegan options to choose from, it made it hard to decide. I got the smoked daal bukhara and would definitely recommend!

Great Service and Food - Edit
Went in last night with the wrong reservation. I was able to get Bar Seats on a busy night. I got the Cauliflower and smoked Dahl. Delicious and planning on coming back with right reservation next time. Cocktails were creative as well.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks - Edit
The menu clearly marks what is vegan, which is great, and has several options. I had the Pani Puri wheat cup appetizer, where you pour ‘pineapple spiced (green) water’ into the cup and then eat the whole thing in one bite. I loved that - a subtlety sweet but savory juice with the crunch of the cup - my husband wasn’t as crazy for them. I then had the Palak Dal, which was very tasty. The drinks menu is extensive and has some great looking mixed drinks.
Read moreServer was very friendly, the interior is beautifully decorated and has an old-fashioned bar at one end. Only complaint was the acoustics - it can get pretty loud in there when full.

Great dining experience - Edit
Great dining atmosphere and service. Vegan options are quite good though I do miss the beyond meat samosas that were once on the menu.

So good - Edit
Our server was knowledgeable about what on the menu was vegan vs vegetarian. We got the gobi sukka which was to die for, and I got the sarson ka saag with chickpeas which I couldn’t recommend enough. And the naan is vegan!

Nice place, great food - Edit
The building facade is gorgeous and it's got great ambiance inside. I couldn't decide between the saag and the green curry, so I got both and lots of leftovers! The green curry was AMAZING. I made my husband, who is not a green curry fan, try it and even he agreed. The saag was nice, a lot lighter tasting (less creamy/oily) than usual. I would definitely visit again.

They had several vegan options and our server was very knowledgeable about them. I got the potato leek soup and the stewed lentils. Both were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it and I can't wait to try the other dishes!

delicious food and nice atmosphere - Edit
We ate the goki sukka and panang curry - both were so delicious! The naan was also delicious. Just be sure to order the naan without butter - otherwise it is vegan unlike most Indian restaurants. Definitely going back to try the other vegan options!
