Serves meat, vegan options available. Menu has a vegetarian section with broccoli and cauliflower dishes served with rice or pasta; fresh juices. The balcony overlooks the plaza. Open Mon-Sun 8:30am-10:00pm.
I ordered the quinoa/rice chaufa, wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. Make sure to order it without the egg. It doesn't list egg as an ingredient on the menu but when I asked the waiter he confirmed they typically include it. They have very few vegetarian/vegan options though
The view from the teraza indeed is very nice, but as said before the veggie options are very limited. Might be suitable for vegetarians as they have a few dishes on the map. I had a black coffee, Quinua and bread (I changed cheese to marmalade) for breakfast.
But these are things you might get anywhere with only a little words in Spanish.
Also expensive compared to local standard (coffee costs 6 Soles).
I had a look at the menu - insufficient vegan options - Edit
They label what is vegetarian but upon inquiry very little vegan options. They said they would take dairy/eggs out if requested but would mostly leave veg and rice type dishes so perhaps not a balanced meal. Seems like a nice place but meat dominated. Quite expensive by local standards.
Very happy to find this place. They have a vegie section on the menu, most with broccoli, and salades which they van make vegetarian for you. I ate there few times on my travels and found it very tastefull.Friendly staff, only speak spanish. Nice vieuw on the balcony over the plaza, also a quiet patio
