Only reachable by foot/bike! - Edit
We spent an hour driving around the lake to get there to try the vegan Flammkuchen - without success. There is NO WAY to get there by car. No matter from which direction you're approaching: You have to walk/bike nearly 4 km to get there. That's something to be aware of when planning a visit there. Sadly we did not have the option to walk there, so I can't say anything about the food.

Great surprising find! - Edit
Fries and Flammkuchen are good! Was very surprised to find this here in the mountains. Taste was super and also the house made iced tea is very unique (lots of herbs).

... Aber abgesehen davon fand ich den Flammkuchen eher nur 'okay'. Nix besonderes, hat bisschen Geschmack gefehlt, und mit 10€ dafür dann doch relativ teuer meiner Meinung nach. Dennoch nice dass sie überhaupt für die Veganer mitgedacht haben 👌

Great to finally find a place with labelled vegan food in Schluchsee! - Edit
We were positively surprised to find a vegan Flammenkuchen on the menu of this very traditionnal Stube around the lake of Schluchsee. The location is perfect for hikers and wanderers, the food was good and fastly served. We had fries and the vegan Flammenkuchen which was very good, as well as beers. A place to encourage to develop more vegan food!
