Very good! - Edit
We had the dry noodles with mock duch wich were amazing! The very long noodle is cooked to a perfect point, the "duck" has such a cool texture, the sauce is tangy and flavorful (the celery pices are chef's kiss) and the Back Choy is fresh.

They make the noodles themselves here and you can watch the process - so cool!
Read moreI had dry vegan noodles with mock duck and it was super tasty! I also had the vegan coconut horchata with tapioka and it was delicious!
I definitely want to come here again 😋
(The waiting lines can get really long so you might have to bring some time.)

Damn good noodles - Edit
Saw this place almost immediately when we entered the Chelsea Market and I knew I had to try it. I ordered the spicy noodle dish that comes with the Vegan duck in the soup style. Wow, just wow. SO fresh, the noodles the herbs all of it. I am not a huge spice eater but it was still incredibly flavored just make sure to get a drink. I ordered the hibiscus lemonade and it was to die for with fresh hibiscus at the bottom of the cup. The soup wasn’t too hot to eat which I was scared of. The more I ate the better it got as I found freshly cooked mushrooms, and other veggies inside. 10/10 recommend. #Veganuary

Hand pulled vegan noodles !!! - Edit
Must eat when visiting Chelsea Market. There are 2 vegan noodle options on the menu. The vegan “duck” noodles (option dry or soup- with mushrooms and paksoi) were spicy, tasty and great portion wise. Would give it 5 stars if Happy Cow let me.

Noodles !! - Edit
Another great option for vegans and nonvegans alike. I tried the very spicy vegan dan dan mian noodles. They were deceptively spicy. I enjoyed the marinated cucumbers and crunchy soybeans for texture.

Delicious duck noodles! - Edit
Got the dry vegan duck noodles and the tofu pudding drink. The noodles were full of flavor and spice, and the drink was delicious and not too sweet! Favorite spot in Chelsea market so far!!

Satisfying but oily and hard to eat - Edit
Love that there was vegan options at this place and service was very fast. The broth was tasty as were the noodles. It was fun watching them make the noodles thru the glass at the counter.
Read moreI found it hard to eat though. Super oily which made it hard for me to enjoy. There’s also only counter seating or standing tables nearby. I wasn’t offered a tray so it was hard carrying everything. The mock duck pieces were disappointing. They were tiny (size of large Lima beans) and thin.
I wanted to like this more, but the oil was too much.
Pros: Yummy noodles, tasty broth, solid vegan options
Cons: Limited seating, Messy, Too oily

Amazing Noodles! - Edit
This place is so good! The spicy smashed cucumbers are a must try!! The mouth numbing spice is perfect on a cold winter day. There is very limited seating and even fewer places to stand and eat, but still worth it! Maybe after the pandemic they will offer more seating.

Great noodles - Edit
Great noodles biang biang style. Noodles are chewy and soaked with flavour. They also have vegan bubble tea options which are yum.

We tried the two vegan options and could have gotten away with splitting one! Both very spicy but tasty. Awesome fun vibe watching them make the noodles.

Chewy noodles! - Edit
Nice hand pulled noodles. The spicy vegan noodles have to come spicy (even though the menu indicated you can modify spice level). Super rich and oily, recommended to share with a friend!

YUM - Edit
I love this place. The mock duck is incredible, and it’s fun to see them pull the noodles in front of you. The portions are HUGE, because the noodles are thick and very filling. I can never finish my order ... the sauce is a little oily but also deliciously tangy. I’ve only gotten the “dry” noodles (still super saucy), but they make a noodle soup that’s even a larger portion than the dry noodles.

Tasty find in Chelsea Market - Edit
I visited NYC for five days, and lunch here may have been the tastiest meal of the entire trip. One vegan dish is clearly labeled. The dan dan can also be made vegan. We got noodles and broth with mock duck, mushrooms, and bok choy. The broth is spicy but astoundingly good. And it's a huge portion. My wife and I split it and both had plenty to eat. Plus you can watch them make the noodles while you eat. The was very upbeat and happy.
