Un fantastique restaurant - Edit
Ici tout est beau et bon, le cadre est accueillant et cosy et très bien placé dans le vieux Agde, il y a une jolie terrasse.
Read moreLe couple qui tient ce restaurant est adorable, leur accueil est chaleureux, on se sent bien au Vertueux.
Les plats cuisinés sur place sont vraiment très bons et gourmands, les desserts sont délicieux.
La carte change régulièrement.
Bref, on n’a qu’une envie : y retourner.

Absolutely great! Very nice, fully vegan Cafe. Only has a few options available, but all of them taste stunning! The service is also very friendly. Can't recommend it enough. If you're in Agde you have to get a table here. Only downside is, that they are not open for dinner.

Read moreSehr leckeres Essen zu einem guten Preis und ausgesprochen freundlichen Personal. Auch für die Kinder gab es ein leckeres Menü zu einem sehr fairen Preis.
Die Örtlichkeit ist toll. Man sitzt am Rand eines kleinen Platzes der sehr idyllisch wirkt. Durch den fast nicht vorhandenen Verkehr dort können die Kinder frei herumlaufe .

Net 1 maand open. Menu van de dag. Voldoende opties. Grote porties. Erg lekker. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Let op! S’avonds alleen open op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag. Wel iedere middag open. Zit verstopt op klein pleintje achter de kerk. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Actually I almost gave up to look for vegan restaurants on happy cow in France. It's so hard to find real vegan options here. This little place in the middle of the historic old town gave me hope again. it's a cute little restaurant with a lovely couple running it. they were very accommodating. if your French is as bad as mine, don't worry, they speak english. the menu (2 regular main dishes, burger and salad, and 1 daily option) is small but very very well prepared. we had the burger and the daily dish (tarte with basil sorbet, what a great idea!). later we had the frappé latte, I recommend the almond milk. Some people may say it's pricey but I think it's totally fine.

Fantastic food, wonderful service and great location, it’s in a little square by the cathedral, the kids ran and played. The beyond hamburger was served in a fluffy pink bun, the ceaser salad had amazing schnitzels and the baked pepper was delicious with vegan tzeziki. We will definitely be back.

Today we visited Agde for the 1st time, and discovered a brand new restaurant called Vertueux. It opened 4 days ago! Vertueux is right across from St. Etienne cathedral, and is run by a wonderful young couple. They offered indoor and outdoor seating in a beautiful square, and we ordered 3 dishes to share. We are a family of 1 vegan, 2 vegetarians, and 1 carnivore and we were ALL really happy. We ordered the 'chicken' cesaer salad, the burger, and the pasta with mushrooms and 'roquefort' sauce. Each dish included fresh vegetables, and was beautifully presented. We also ordered their juice special - orange, carrot, lemon, and ginger, which was excellent . For dessert, we had vanilla 'ice cream' with chocolate chip cookies. We couldn't recommend this restaurant more, and will definitely go back. Best of luck to the owners. (Eddie, co-owner speaks english, they accept credit cards, and they have the gentlest dog named Nala.)
