I got the Buddha Bowl it was delicious. I also asked for a green juice and I appreciated that the waitress let me know about the texture and sweetness of it before I agreed to get it.

No more vegan eggs benny - Edit
Came for the vegan eggs benny after reading the reviews but this is no longer on the menu and they don’t have any of the ingredients to make it anymore. The one vegan breakfast option is a a vegan omelette with vegan cheese and tomatoes. It was nice but not what we went for. When they brought our omelettes over, the butter they brought for the toast was dairy and they had to change it.

Good less obvious option - Edit
Tip: you can ask for them to do plant based eggs on the avocado test instead of regular eggs. I actually found this to be better than the Benedict (tho that’s also good).

Ah a quick aside: if you want this vegan and not just plant based, confirm when ordering whether the bread has dairy. It’s absurd but apparently a possibility.

Excellent beyond burger - Edit
We had a great lunch here. I love that they have a few vegan options on the menu. I had the Beyond burger and it was one of the best vegan burgers I’ve had. Great champagne and the outside seating is really nice. Will be back next time we’re in Vegas!
