Venetis bakery and cafe had a lot of options that were clearly labelled as vegan - I got the vegetable pie and it was perfect!

Nice place to hang while waiting for a flight - Edit
If you have time before a flight this place has a couple of simple vegan options and also a nice outdoor area away from the crowded indoor terminal (esp in-season!)
