Alright

They have Vs on the menu but they mean vegetarian, not vegan. The banh mi doesn't have mayonnaise but rather hoisin sauce, so it is indeed vegan. While trying to ask what was vegan on the menu the person at the register somehow convinced me to get the banh mi but in a bowl which was kinda weird, but it worked fine. The food was fine, nothing remarkable. There aren't many vegan options in the skyway so this may be what you have to make do with.

Tofu curry burrito or bowl

The tofu burrito or bowl is wonderful! Favorite place for me (vegan) and meat eaters. Order without the creamy "zing" sauce to make vegan.

Vegan banh mi and burritos in the Skyway

Vellee offers a vegan banh mi made with tofu, and also a tofu burrito. The banh mi was fine, but not great (the tofu has a weird, sour marinade that didn't taste great).

Vellee is better than the average Skyway spot serving salad or sushi, but it has room to improve.
