Myself and my partner visited Vegivores, Caversham. We were both very impressed with both the food and the service. It was our first visit but we will definitely return. It was a lovely atmosphere.

Been to Vegivores on numerous occasions and never had anything not up to scratch. All dishes, cakes and drinks are perfection. The butter tofu curry is insanely good! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend

We stopped by for our usual Vegivores breakfast and a piece of cake - today it was Chai cake and was a wonderful, huge and delicious slice. Definitely worth a trip.

Lovely vegan eatery in Reading! - Edit
Reading struggles to cater for vegans, but if you widen your net just a tiny bit to Caversham there's this place which is wonderful! And the walk from Reading goes through a park too so anyone in Reading should check out this place.

I had the satay bowl, and we shared a crispy gnocchi which was maybe the highlight. I'd really recommend that. Macaroni cheese also done really well. Main and a side left us stuffed so couldn't have dessert but we'll definitely be back!

I loved the decor and vibe of the place but found some of the food a bit uninspiring, particularly the chowder, which was very expensive for what it was and not really a chowder - having much more in common taste-and-texture-wise with either a dhal or a Korean savoury porridge (juk). Disappointing, as if the food were better or cheaper, this place could be the complete package.

So we’re definitely going back.
I just wish they were closer to home but I suspect that if they were, I’d be about two stone heavier by now.

Came here for my girlfriends birthday today, her whole family ate vegan. I had the boss bowl, she had Mac cheese and everyone else had the tofu burger. That cake was delicious too!

Food was delicious! It's rare to find such a good choice of vegetarian and vegan food that actually tastes amazing. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. We came as a mixed group of non veggies, veggies and vegans and all absolutely loved our food - 100% recommend and will be visiting again soon!

It was lovely. The seating area outside was nice and with nice weather the whole place is opened up so not stuffy when it’s hot all. There was a great selection to choose from and the food was delicious. I definitely need to come again!

I took my mum from Italy and she loved their mac and cheese. I go there often and it's always great. I tried a dish that I hadn't tried before, it didn't disappoint and was delicious. It's one of my favourite restaurants, and I will keep going back!

I've been to Vegivores quite a few times over the last couple of years. The food is consistently delicious. Everything I've tried has been great. The biscoff waffle is next level good. Only small complaint, is that it feels like portions have shrunk slightly, recently.

After shopping in Reading, we decided to reject the chains in favour of dinner at this excellent vegan bistro just a mile away. Nice environment, great staff. Overall lovely experience.

This the place to go in Reading if you’re vegan… or just a person because the food here is banging. The satay slay burger/slay bowl is glorious and definitely make sure to get the crispy gnocchi coz it’s absolutely divine. The staff are very friendly too - best person who works there is Oscar though 😉 #Veganuary
