Delicious vegan food in the backpacker hub - Edit
The mushroom roll was tasty as hell. Filled with fried mushrooms and onions, salad and avo. Sauce options are vegan mayo or tomato ketchup. My partner enjoyed the steak and said it mimicked a thin schnitzel covered in mushroom sauce. Drinks were delicious (iced coffee with coconut milk and a fruit smoothie). All up it cost us 270,000kip and we were very satisfied. Staff were lovely too

Good food - Edit
Nice food, I had the spaghetti bolognaise (80k), staff didn’t really seem interested in serving us but the menu had lots of vegan and veggie choices.

they have vegan steak!!! - Edit
we were very excited about the vegan steak and it turned out delicious!!! taste 100%, texture 85% (depending on how rare you like your steak) but 10000% worth the visit. Next to a lot of lao/thai dishes made from veggies with tofu they have mocked meat in Tom Yum soup, pasta bolognese (tasted like heinz curry ketchup but was okay) or lap sandwich. We will come back for this

Came back here multiple times the food was incredible and the owners really nice. The coconut noodles were a highlight and we had a nice big portion of spring rolls

Great food and atmosphere - Edit
Ate here twice as it was so good, tried a few different dishes, my favourite was the lap noodles! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and cool atmosphere. Could only see the yoghurt on menu that wasn’t vegan, the rest was all vegan.

Exceptionally tasty food - Edit
Exceptionally tasty flavourful food, had Tom Yum which was packed with flavour and ingredients and Curry tofu which was rich and creamy. Couldn't recommend more, some of the tastiest food I had in Laos.

Mediocre food - Edit
We ordered the larb noodles and Tom yum soup. I asked what the larb noodles came with, and they confirmed tofu. Unfortunately when it came it was full of mainly mushrooms, which unfortunately I can’t stand and barely any tofu. I felt awkward asking for them to change it but I didn’t feel it was what I ordered. They were happy to change it but the end result was a small and rather plain tofu noodle dish. The Tom yum soup was ok but nothing special. The other two veggie/vegan places in town are better.

We had coconut noodles and a vegan burger, both were absolutely delicious although the burger was a bit pricy.

Cute place - Edit
Chilled vibe and very cheap. I had the papaya salad for the first time and it was very nice but spicy. You can ask for little/no spice if you wish

Good food - Edit
Good location, next to some Bars. Staff is super friendly and speaks a little english. Wanted to try the regional dish Lap and had the "Lap noodles". Came with a little side salad. Didn't know it's such a lemony dish, with lemongrass and fresh lemon, so I didn't expect something so sour - but that is my fault 😅 although, the prices are very cheap!

Good, cheap :) - Edit
Unlike previous review, our food arrived fine but we were also the only table so harder to mix up I guess. Perfectly good and cheap noodles! Would’ve gone back but had so many options in that town

Poor service and food never came - Edit
We were excited by this vegetarian restaurant serving mostly Lao food with a few western dishes. However it took ages to be seen by the staff, who didn't speak English so communication about our order was difficult. They took 30 minutes to bring the first dish to our table, and repeatedly tried to serve us dishes that other tables had ordered. They lost our order and we had to remind them of what we had asked for, and eventually asked to cancel the last two dishes which never arrived. Staff didn't really seem apologetic or aware that this was problematic. I would not recommend this restaurant. If happycow would allow it I would only give one star.

Good location - Edit
Mostly vegan place right in the center next to bars and nightlife. The food is ok, nothing special. Mostly Lao dishes that are altered to western palate, and a few western pasta and sandwich choices. A bit overpriced. If in the area and need a meal, I recommend. Don’t make a special trip.

amazing food most of the time - Edit
we ate here multiple times during our stay. as a group we were really happy with our food overall however we wouldn’t recommend the sandwich as they are better from the street market and also one of the mornings we went it was different staff and the dishes we’d ordered before were cooked differently. However, the rest of the food was delicious and the staff were so lovely and accompanied. The tom yum was probably the best over ever had and the mushroom spaghetti was also unreal!! also recommend the burger but the fries that came with it weren’t great so i’d do without.
