Große Portion für ca 13 Euro, leider nur zwei vegane soßen Hummus und Aubergine.
Read morePinsa gibts alle mit veganem Käse, Burger gabs auch einige, hier kommt man auf jedenfall auf seine Kosten.
Eher was für Mittags in der Stadt nicht zum direkt Essen gehen.
Soweit gesehen keine veganen Nachtisch.

Very tasty food, very fast service despite only 2 employees. The portions are very big and even after eating a lot, the food doesn't fall heavy on the stomach. Pleasant environment, with good background music, clean bathroom. Menu only in German. Place to seat in and outside.

Wasn't really blown away with the food, but that wasn't the intention I guess. I missed some vegan mayo or other sauces with my fries. They only had 2 (or 3?) Hummus varieties

Friendly staff good food - Edit
On our visit to Freiburg while we were on holiday in Todtnau, we went to this vegetarian/vegan restaurant. Staff is very friendly and the food really suprised us. Very good options for both vegetarian as vegans. P.S. they played dutch music, so for us it felt like home.

Vegan food in Freiburg/Germany - Edit
Last week I had the Seitan cheese burger with sweet potato fries at Veggie Liebe. They added some Aubergine dip to the fries, it was just perfect. The fries were delicious, the burger doesn‘t tasted like an normal cheese burger, it was more a kind of Kebap style burger but very tasty at all.

The food was fine but tasted bland and not well seasoned. The menu seemed a bit "all over the place" which often hints that the food lacks quality and it kinda did.
Read moreThe shop is located on a busy street, which makes it impossible to sit outdoors without loud background noise - it used to be located in a quieter side street, which probably made the ambient more inviting to stay.
I wanted to rate them higher cause the staff was very friendly and the food looked tasty. I would still recommend stopping by if you need a quick snack.

So apparently veggie love moved their location from a colourful house in a side street to a cold and busy run of the mill restaurant. I'm sure they had their reasons for it but this made us opt for takeaway instead.
Read moreThey have a good selection of vegan dishes but they're a little all over the place. The Pinsa with vegan cheese was really good. The vegan Teller I thought was a little bland.
The staff was really nice and friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to get our orders.
I guess it's a good choice if you're looking for a quick snack with good value for your money.

Außerdem sitzt man drinnen entweder sehr beengt oder draußen direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straßenbahnlinie.

Veggie Liebe is more fast food-ish and you get the food quickly. You can get Yufka, Burgers, Falafel based dishes, etc. I wasn't convinced by my take-away burger so I might just order something else next time.

The best sweet potato fries - Edit
We had the sweet potato fries with humus, a plate with rice, bulgur, veggie and beans, salad and sweet potatoes topped with humus and avocado. Absolutely delicious. The staff was so friendly and translated the whole menu for us. Highly recommend 🎉

Really delicious food with a lot of vegan option. You can get plates of food or get wraps. Unfortunately there was no seitan available on the day I came but the falafel was delicious!
