Great Middle East vegan options - Edit
I have been coming to this restaurant for few years now. I loved the fact that its vegan options got larger and larger!
Read moreNow they even have a vegan dessert list!
I am also having take away from this place often and I was always happy with that service as well :)
Totally recommended!
Pros: Good food price , Good food quality
Cons: Basic small restaurant inside

A good option - Edit
As noted by other reviewers, two restaurants in one, only one of which is 'all vegan' though of course all made on the same premises, food is good enough though and the dessert options are impressive.

Good burgers, unclear sauce labelling - Edit
Had 3 different burgers, all great. Burger sauce was presented as a vegan extra, but not labelled vegan like the ketchup and mayo we're. Made us weary of trying it.
Read moreAlso curly fries were overcooked.
Pros: Burgers
Cons: Sauce labelling, Overcooked curly fries

Messy burgers - Edit
There was a large vegan menu to choose from and staff were friendly when we visited recently. From the menu we ordered a chickless burger and jack jack burger with a side of twisted fries and a smoothie.
The burgers were ok but needed more seasoning. They each came with plenty of filling and sauce, which added flavour though. The main issue was they were so messy to eat, with the filling just slopping out with each bite. In the end we just had to use a knife and fork. I get some folk like their burgers like this, but personally it's not for me. The twisted fries and mango pineapple smoothie were good though.

Starters, mains and cakes - Edit
Got a takeaway last night and it was delightful. Spring rolls were lovely. Pistachio hummus was AWESOME. we opted for rice and aubergine as our main and it was cooked perfectly - the seasoning was top notch. The potato wedges were a little spicy for our three year old though. Now, let's talk about the cakes... Actually, no let's not as I'll just run back and want more of them😉

Great find for vegan food - Edit
My husband ordered the vegan homemade melanzane, and it was delicious.
Read moreI ordered the vegan spaghetti napolitana. It was on the bland side, but still quite good. There was a little bit of olive oil in it and it added a nice flavor. I also had the spicy garden salad, which was very flavorful.
The staff was very helpful and very willing to accommodate me and make suggestions for me with my allergies.
We went a second time because we were looking for some place close to where we were staying. We had the high protein salad, which contained chickpeas, red beans, olives, and mixed greens tossed with tahini and lemon juice.
We also ordered the side of guacamole, which came with pickled jalapenos, sliced cherry tomatoes, small chunks of tomato, and tortilla chips.
Both were delicious.

Okay-ish meal - Edit
The menu I viewed online only listed vegan/vegetarian options (& I didn’t read the other reviews), so we were surprised that the venue also cooked meat, with an open kitchen.
Read moreThe staff member, on hearing our order, which was completely vegan, tried to promote the beef burger. When we said we don’t eat beef, she tried to promote the chicken. We had to explicitly say we didn’t eat any meat, as we are vegan.
The starter came at the same time as our mains, and our fries & drinks never arrived. The hummus was particularly bland and the ‘bread’ it came with was a small serve of un-toasted pita bread. However, the chickN burger was tasty.
In the end we cancelled our fries & drinks, as we had finished the mains & were keen to get home. The waitress was apologetic for the mistakes and to be fair, was run off her feet.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Cheap prices
Cons: Open plan kitchen which also cooks meat , Bland starter

Delicious, a lot of vegan options and fair prices - Edit
It has changed this name, now it's "Jimmy's Grill" but it still has a vegan menu full of options. The food is really delicious and all the prices are fair, cheaper and much better than other options near. The staff (the chef and the waiter) are very gentle.

Great choice - Edit
Had a great biryani and my son had some hummus and flatbread plus some stuffed peppers which he really enjoyed. It is now under the name of Jimmys Grill but still has an extensive vegan menu and the staff are very friendly.

Meat grill and vegan restaurant in one - Edit
This places advertises itself as both Jimmy's Grill and Veggie Jimmy, so be aware, it's one place but they serve meat too. There is a seperate large vegan menu. The dishes were good. Simple, good portions.

Veggie Jimmy - Edit
This is called “Vegan Jimmy” on Deliveroo and I was aware this was another one of those vegan listings from a non-vegan restaurant. As such, I just ordered three vegan lentil soup since I was not feeling well the day I ordered from this restaurant. The lentil soups were super bland, which I was very surprised by. I ended up adding vegetable broth and salt to doctor them up.
Read moreI would likely not order from here again, as the majority of their offerings are vegan comfort food / greasy spoon offerings. 👎🏻

Not completely vegan restaurant - Edit
Unlike the name would suggest, this restaurant isn’t completely vegan and they do serve meat and other animal products as well.
Read moreStaff was polite but I wouldn’t call them friendly. The place didn’t feel inviting because it’s small and pretty minimal.
Vegan menu has a lot of options and not just vegan burgers like most places.
I had the teriyaki tofu with veggies and the pumpkin soup and the mini red velvet cake. They were good, but nothing really special though.
I’ll admit I chose this place because it’s close to my hotel. #veganuary

Greenwashing - Edit
Got fooled by the name, they serve meat as well. The vegan menu was still huge and sounded good, the food we had wasn't really authentic though. The service was super friendly to everyone except to my boyfriend. Why this was I'd leave to everyone's own imagination.
