Thought it would be Japanese cousine

Very delicious Indian buffet, good price. But it wasn’t clear on the website that it’s Indian cousine (unlike their restaurant in Østerbro

Delicious !!!

What a surprise to find this amazing vegan Indian restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen.
The food is delicious, I loved every single dish that was on the buffet. The butter chicken and the daal are out of this world.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing. There are some interesting design touches here and there that make this place even more special.
All you can eat for 110 - 135 Kr. in Copenhagen is great value for money ad the food is really something special.
I would love to go back one day!

Lots of choices

Better than expected, and cheap!

This place was close to my hostel so I decided to give it a try, though I did not expect much. But it was amazing! Very tasty food, cosy interior, nice staff, you can stay as long as you want and eat as much as you can. And it's cheap, I mean, for Denmark. Pity they are not open every day!
Most of the food was a bit too spicy for me, but I can definitely recommend the soy lamb curry!

Pros: Location, Beautiful interior, Price

A wonderful surprise!

I wasn’t expecting this place to be as good as it was! Everything is completely vegan, (even the food labelled “chicken” and “beef” etc - we checked), and the Oreo cheesecake was the best thing I’ve ever had in my mouth. The food was delicious and it has such a cute, Hygge atmosphere - I’d definitely go here again next time I’m in Copenhagen.

Pros: All vegan, Amazing Oreo cheesecake, So affordable & all you can eat

Poor

Went there nearly two hours before closing. They told us we can Join the buffet or take away But they will Not fill up the Food. There were only two sauces left and we were very dissapointed. And take away while staying in a hotel is Not the best Option.

Great Indian food

The food tasted very much like the local food I had in Northern India, so not a lot of cultural accommodation. Hence why the food is quite spicy as well. Recommended!

Good value for money

I had the buffet, great variety of options. I personally prefer their other location.
Some of the dishes are a bit spicy if you're not used to spicy food.
I still enjoyed it and ate a lot!

Recommend, especially if you're not super sensitive to spicy food

Friendly staff, great selection

A great well priced meal for two, the butter ‘chicken’ is amazing

Very nice vegan buffet with indian dishes

I like this place a lot, with a width selection of vegan dishes, with indian and nepalese touch. The food is tasty and colorful, altough I expected it to be more spicier. As to the restaurant, it is elegant, and the staff is very nice and attentive.

Pros: indian buffet, nice staff, not expensive

Cons: not spicy

This place is yummy!

Veggie Heroes is just a perfect spot to hit after a day of walking around town checking out palaces and museums! It’s got an astounding variety of faux meats drenched in delicious spices! Call it Indian comfort food! Delish!

Best Indian Vegan Buffet

Great little restaurant in Vesterbro. Entirely vegan and great tasting food. I would suggest to go for the buffet which cost 128 DKK on weekdays and 151 DKK on weekends as this offers a bit of everything. Amazing curries and biryani. I love having the biryani in the middle and a selection of curries around the sides. Many of the dishes include mock meats (which are designed to mimic meat) and those worked great in the dishes. Especially in the lamb curry which I felt tasted a lot like meat. My non-vegan companion agreed. Perfect for bringing people who are interested in trying out vegan food or for going out with your vegan friends. All of this in an Indian aura in the heart of Vesterbro. Extremely recommended.

Hungry Vegan's Dream!

We loved the food here; we are very full from all the delicious buffet dishes. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Too much food coloring

We ordered their A la carte menu and I was really repelled by the looks of the food. I thought the taste would be better, but nope. It wasn't the worst food I ever tried, but I definitely wouldn't eat it again. I am willing to give their buffet a shot, but a la carte dishes were unpleasant.

Good!

It’s pricey, even for a buffet. Not the best Indian/Nepalese...could probably find better veg dinner even at a regular Indian restaurant. However, still good variety and staff was nice! If it was a bit more affordable it’d make more sense

Tasty vegan buffet

I went here with the Copenhagen anonymous for the voiceless cube on Saturday after their cube.

The food was really nice; it was the first time I've had a completely vegan Chinese buffet so that was sweet!

The only downside was that it cost a lot, I've heard it's cheaper on weekdays so maybe go there then.

I would probably go back though if I was in town and felt like a vegan Chinese buffet :)

Good deal

Really nice restaurant, quite cheap for Copenhagen. The buffet is good, the sauces in which the 'meat' is served are delicious! Free tap water.

Pros: Many different dishes in the buffet.

Cons: All the 'meat' tastes somewhat the same, soy-based

Wow

We spent hours here - can’t believe how much delicious vegan food you can get for your money. We did the buffet and also ordered some extra sides like dumplings which were amazing too. You have to go!
