Nice and filling food - Edit
Had a sandwich with salad and papas (which I assumed would be potatoes or fries but were crisps). The sandwich was nice and I could choose what I wanted in the salad whixh was nice (there was plenty of variety and I took a bit of everything). Also had the Taxcalate to drink, a local drink I recommend yoh try! It is made from corn, cinnamon, sugar, achiote (a local shrub) - and milk or water (so make sure to ask for vegan milk or water). It was yummy and goes surprisingly well with savoury food. Grateful for vegan food options in Comitán!

Good option in Comitán - Edit
I recently found this place on Google maps. I stopped in for a morning smoothie bowl and it was yummy. Grabbed a couple baguettes for the road as I was visiting Chiflon waterfalls with a friend. The baguettes were also delicious. There aren't too many options in Comitán for vegans so this was a great find. The food was made fresh and the service was friendly. Definitely recommend for a quick and filling meal while in Comitán.
