Healthy vegetarian comfort food - Edit
I have been to this place for lunch, dinner, late afternoon and have always found something that tastes good, hygienic and healthy. I always get bee hoon with a vegetable and some tofu side dish. The hawker answers questions in English. Everything is vegetarian, even the soup. I paid 3.70 for a good meal.

Generous portions, subtle flavours - Edit
The stall sells a choice of brown or white rice and a large choice of vegetable dishes, some including tofu. Most are stir fried or stew like, there is some choice of fried foods like spring rolls or mock fish pieces if requested. Only serving laksa in the evenings, the portions are generous and filling

They have a bit of everything - Edit
This stall has a really good spread - from economy brown rice with plenty of vegetables, tofu and mock meat variants to Singapore favourites such as Hokkien Mee, Laksa and Pineapple Fried Rice.
Read moreMost of their dishes are vegan-friendly, and I'm not entirely sure which actually contain dairy or eggs, but vegans will have the freedom to choose from most options on the menu.
I like their curry mock lamb (doesn't taste too healthy though), beancurd skins and crunchy long beans.
The Pineapple Fried Rice is a guilty pleasure of mine too... plus it actually comes in a real pineapple half. For a food court stall, that's pretty neat :)
Unfortunately, the brown rice is a little tough and bland - neither better nor worse than the vegetarian food court stall average.
Pros: Great variety, Decent food
Cons: Not *too* healthy
