It's open till late - Edit
Of the four vegetarian eateries in Mae Sot, this is definitely the least appealing option. It's also the most expensive. With the gastronomic delights that characterise Thailand's culinary landscape, it's difficult to understand how this restaurant - which is possibly the worst advertisement for vegetarianism I've ever come across - remains in business. Still, it *is* the only 'pure veg' eatery that's open after 5pm (excepting Borderline, which is not 100% 'pure' veg); and they let you bring beer. If you want to ensure a flesh-tarnished-free evening meal, this may be one of your only options.

Cons: bland, stodgy food, unfriendly owners, too much MSG
