Small food stall in a food court - upon entering the food court the stall is on the right-hand side in the middle of the alley. Offers a selection of rice, brown rice, rice noodles, several tofu and mock meat dishes, mock meat on a stick, tom yum and other soups, vegetable and curry entrees. For gluten free, avoid all mock meats and soy chili sauce. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

It’s okay, limited choices after lunch time

I went there at around 2pm... most food was gone, so I got the noodle soup for 40baht. Big portion with lots of veg, noodles and mock meat. Unfortunately it had a really strong aftertaste of MSG. Staff was really friendly though. It’s okay if you are in the area, but wouldn’t specifically go there again.

Cheap vegan Thai food stall

Not so easy to find at first, and in a place that can be very crowded with limited seating options.
The food is said to be all plant based. I tried a stir-fry veggie mix and an eggplant + fake meat option, with rice. 40B, that's cheap alright! Taste was ok to nice. Portions were a bit small; the plate wasn't full.

Pros: Cheap, Authentic food and location

Cons: Crowded

Love this vegan food stall

Very delicious Asian cuisine. We use to go there very often. It's located on a local market. You rarely see tourist there. They have precooked foods and fresh noodle soup. You can also pick up takeaways.

Pros: Authentic Asian food, Spicy, Cheap

Cons: Might be too spicy for someone who isnt used to it

Very crowded during lunch time

Taste is just okay. Somehow, I feel like they put too much MSG.
There are two vegetarian restaurants in this same market.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Too crowded, seats are not available, Few choices, Plastic bowl for hot noodle

Ok

Two stalls, one at the entrance, second as you say. Prices 30-50 bht. Not bad, they finish about 2 pm.

Tasty and cheap :)

Close to Silom, this place serves tasty food for cheap: rice with 2 curries for 40 baths! I tried the mock meat and it was delicious. The owner does not speak English but she's lovely. You can sit with locals or grab take-away. Food may not be very warm though.
I recommend!

Pros: Cheap, Tasty

Cons: Court is a bit noisy with so many people
